Resumo: This article aims to analyze the evolution of the scientific literature courses in the Law Masters and Doctorate in the last decade, as well as its relationship with the legislative changes implemented by examining some of the main barriers to the development of law research, as it concerns its quality. Seeks to analyze how it makes the ownership process of scientific knowledge as well as the barriers to be overcome to achieve, in fact, the development of law research. Issues such as the law science, the methodological impurity and legal science isolation are among the topics discussed in this article, which aims to contribute to ensuring a qualitative increase in scientific output in the legal area.

Busca analizar la forma cómo se efectúa el proceso de apropiación del conocimiento científico, bien como las trabas que necesitan ser ultrapasadas para lograrse, de hecho, el desarrollo de la investigación en Derecho. Cuestiones como la cientificidad del Derecho, la impureza metodológica y el aislamiento de la ciencia jurídica son algunos de los temas tratados en este artículo, el cual tiene como objetivo contribuir para que haya un aumento cualitativo en la producción científica en el área jurídica.O presente artigo procura analisar a evolução da produção científica nos cursos de Mestrado e Doutorado em Direito na última década, bem como sua relação com as alterações legislativas implementadas, analisando algumas das principais barreiras para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa em direito, no que tange ao seu aspecto qualitativo. Busca analisar a forma como se dá o processo de apropriação do conhecimento científico, bem como as barreiras a serem ultrapassadas para se atingir, de fato, o desenvolvimento da pesquisa em Direito.
