Resumo: | The theme of current article, retrieved from a Seminar in the postgraduate course on Juridical Sciences, should be studied deeper and discussed widely. It deals with access to the Law as a basic right and guarantee foregrounded on the 1988 Constitution of Brazil, on international agreements and on the person´s rights. The right to the Law and access to Justice within the Constitution are investigated. Comments and discussions on the concepts of the rights of the person are forwarded with special reference to the importance of accessing Justice in issues involving these rights, essential to humans and true attributes. Since the person is the focus of juridical ordering and of the State, the principle of the dignity of the human person is foregrounded and investigated. |

Since the person is the focus of juridical ordering and of the State, the principle of the dignity of the human person is foregrounded and investigated.El texto del presente artículo científico, resultado de un seminario presentado y discutido en la asignatura del Programa de Maestría en Ciencias Jurídicas, con certidumbre, merece mayores estudios y discusiones, trabaja la cuestión de acceso a la justicia, como un derecho y garantía fundamental, asegurados en la Constitución de la República de Brasil de 1988 y en los tratados Internacionales, bien como la tutela de los derechos de personalidad. Se buscó trabajar el acceso a la justicia de un modo general y también el acceso a la justicia, como acceso al Poder Judiciario, en el ámbito de la referida Constitución. Después, haciendo comentarios, se trabajó con el concepto de los derechos de personalidad, primando la importancia del acceso a la justicia en las cuestiones que envuelven esos derechos, ya que ellos son esenciales a la persona humana, siendo verdaderos atributos. En ese contexto, entendiendo que la persona es el centro del ordenamiento jurídico y del propio Estado, no había como, aún que en breves palabras, trabajar con el principio de la dignidad de la persona humana.O texto do presente artigo científico, resultado de seminário apresentado e discutido em disciplina do Programa de Mestrado em Ciências Jurídicas, com certeza, merece maiores estudos e discussões, trabalha a questão do acesso à justiça, como um direito e garantia fundamental, assegurados na Constituição da República do Brasil de 1988 e nos tratados internacionais, bem como a tutela dos direitos da personalidade. Procurou-se trabalhar o acesso à justiça de um modo geral e também o acesso à justiça, como acesso ao Poder Judiciário, no âmbito da referida Constituição. Após, passou-se a tecer comentários e a trabalhar o conceito dos direitos da personalidade, enfocando a importância do acesso à justiça nas questões envolvendo esses direitos, porquanto eles são essenciais à pessoa humana, sendo verdadeiros atributos.
