Resumo: Food deficiency and physical inactivity are factors that influence the quality and life expectancy of human beings, impairing their immunity to possible health problems, giving rise to contamination by SARS-CoV-2 viruses that mainly affect people with malabsorption of nutrients. The Covid-19 disease virus in contact with the mouth, eyes and nose where it binds like cells of the mucosa that creates new cells that multiply contaminating cells that cause symptoms that cause mild symptoms such as sore throat, cough and fever, reaching symptoms more serious that can be fatal due to the difficulty in breathing, affecting the health of the elderly and vulnerable people with respiratory problems. Why care methods should be avoided, starting with food as a form of care and avoiding vitamin D supplementation.

Why care methods should be avoided, starting with food as a form of care and avoiding vitamin D supplementation.La deficiencia alimentaria y la inactividad física son factores que influyen en la calidad y la esperanza de vida de los seres humanos, lo que altera su inmunidad ante posibles problemas de salud, lo que da lugar a la contaminación por el virus SARS-CoV-2, que afecta principalmente a personas con malabsorción de nutrientes El virus de la enfermedad de Covid-19 en contacto con la boca, los ojos y la nariz donde se unen las células de la mucosa, creando nuevas células que multiplican las células sanas contaminantes que causan síntomas iniciales leves, como dolor de garganta, tos y fiebre, llegando a síntomas más graves. que puede ser fatal debido a la dificultad para respirar, afectando la salud de las personas mayores y vulnerables con problemas respiratorios. Por medio de la atención, debemos prevenir el virus, comenzando con nuestra comida como una forma de atención y prevención a través de la suplementación con vitamina D.A deficiência de alimentos e o sedentarismo são fatores que influenciam na qualidade e expectativa de vida do ser humano, prejudicando sua imunidade a possíveis problemas de saúde, dando espaço a contaminação do vírus SARS-CoV-2 que afeta principalmente pessoas com má-absorção de nutrientes.  O vírus da doença Covid-19 em contato com a boca, olhos e nariz onde se liga as células da mucosa criando novas células que se multiplicam contaminando células saudáveis que causam sintomas iniciais leves como dor de garganta, tosse e febre, alcançando sintomas mais graves que podem ser fatais pela dificuldade para respirar, abalando a saúde de idosos e pessoas vulneráveis com problemas respiratórios.
