Resumo: This work aims to contribute to the improvement in Physics Teaching through the methodology of Teaching by Investigation. In order to reach these objectives, studies were carried out on the construction of knowledge through the argumentation in the Teaching of Physics by Investigation, reading articles, theses, dissertations and books of the main authors on the subject. We planned and executed a Sequence of Investigative Teaching (SEI) proposal at a federal school about Newton's First Law to assess whether there was knowledge building through argumentation. The SEI has been divided into five stages that are Investigative Demonstration; Open questions; Reading Text; Open Laboratory and Systematization of Knowledge. The SEI developed in this activity has the purpose to allow the students to carry out activities in group, that develop the argumentation and the construction of the scientific knowledge, in which they have been essential in the learning process. The result obtained through the SEI made it possible to conclude that the teaching of Physics by Investigation, when well planned, arouses in the student the curiosity, the investigative spirit and consequently the construction of scientific knowledge.

Para alcanzar esto objetivo se realizaron estudios sobre la construcción del conocimiento a través de la argumentación en la Enseñanza de Física por Investigación realizando lectura de artículos, tesis, disertaciones y libros de los principales autores sobre el tema. Planeamos y ejecuta una propuesta de Secuencia de Enseñanza de la Investigación (SEI) en una escuela de la red federal sobre la Primera Ley de Newton para evaluar si hubo o no la construcción del conocimiento a través de la argumentación. La SEI fue dividida en cinco etapas que son Demostración Investigativa; Cuestiones abiertas; Lectura de texto; Laboratorio Abierto y Sistematización del Conocimiento. La SEI desarrollada en esta actividad tiene como finalidad permitir que los alumnos realicen actividades en grupo, que desarrollen la argumentación y la construcción del conocimiento científico, en la cual se mostraron esenciales en el proceso de aprendizaje. El resultado obtenido a través de la SEI posibilitó concluir que la Enseñanza de Física por Investigación, cuando bien planificada, despierta en el alumno la curiosidad, el espíritu investigativo y consecuentemente la construcción del conocimiento científico.Este trabalho tem como o objetivo contribuir com o aperfeiçoamento no Ensino de Física através da metodologia de Ensino por Investigação. Para alcançar esse objetivo foram realizados estudos sobre a construção do conhecimento através da argumentação no Ensino de Física por Investigação realizando leitura de artigos, teses, dissertações e livros dos principais autores sobre o assunto. Planejamos e executamos uma proposta de Sequência de Ensino Investigativa (SEI) em uma escola da rede federal sobre a Primeira Lei de Newton para avaliar se houve ou não a construção do conhecimento através da argumentação. A SEI foi dividida em cinco etapas que são Demonstração Investigativa; Questões Abertas; Leitura de Texto; Laboratório Aberto e Sistematização do Conhecimento. A SEI desenvolvida nesta atividade tem como finalidade permitir que os alunos realizem atividades em grupo, que desenvolvam a argumentação e a construção do conhecimento científico, na qual se mostraram essenciais no processo de aprendizagem.
