Inclusion in settlement schools: a study on public inclusion policies

Resumo: This paper aims to analyze the processes through which inclusion has been articulated in settlement schools. The debate is articulated with the following problem: how is inclusion being instituted through public policies in settlement schools? To this end, we conducted literature and documentary research to meet the following specific objectives: a) list the policies of school inclusion that are at the service of the State; b) understand how inclusion policies are being implemented in settlement schools; and c) discuss the complexity in the inclusion process. By presenting the public policies of inclusion, we saw that these discursive practices posed by the policies are constituted as strategies from the foucauldian concept of biopolitics and governmentality, thinking of diversity and difference in the perspective in which the State has been acting through public policies as a way to discipline the subject by correcting their abnormalities.

El debate se articula con el siguiente problema: ¿cómo se está instituyendo la inclusión a través de las políticas públicas en las escuelas de asentamiento? Para ello, realizamos una investigación bibliográfica y documental para cumplir con los siguientes objetivos específicos: a) enumerar las políticas de inclusión escolar que están al servicio del Estado; b) entender cómo se están implementando las políticas de inclusión en las escuelas de asentamiento; y c) discutir la complejidad en el proceso de inclusión. Al presentar las políticas públicas de inclusión, vimos que estas prácticas discursivas planteadas por las políticas se constituyen como estrategias desde el concepto foucaultiano de biopolítica y gubernamentalidad, pensando la diversidad y la diferencia en la perspectiva en que el Estado viene actuando a través de las políticas públicas como forma de disciplinar al sujeto corrigiendo sus anormalidades.Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os processos pelos quais tem se articulado a inclusão em escolas de assentamento. O debate articula-se com a seguinte problematização: como a inclusão está sendo instituída por meio das políticas públicas em escolas de assentamento? Para tanto, realizamos pesquisa bibliográfica e documental para atender aos seguintes objetivos específicos: a) elencar as políticas de inclusão escolar que estão à serviço do Estado; b) compreender como as políticas de inclusão estão sendo implementadas nas escolas de assentamento; e c) discutir a complexidade no processo de inclusão.
