Understanding the importance of the work of administrative servants at EPT from a freirian perspective

Resumo: | This article investigates, in exploratory research, the relevance of the performance of administrative servants in the preparatory phase of electronic trading in federal institutions of professional and technological education, under the socio-political-cultural approach of Paulo Freire, due to its emphasis on the human being as a subject transforming reality itself. Following are considerations about the current bidding legislation, aiming at a better connection to the proposed debate. A brief history of freirean influences on general, professional and technological education is reassembled. With Marx, in the Instructions for Delegates of the Provisional General Council (1866), Gramsci and his Cadernos do Carcere (2001), the text connects Freire to these references and to the EPT in Brazil. More freirean contributions to EPT are demonstrated, relating them to the principles, guidelines and norms that govern this type of education. The applicability of Freire's theories is verified to achieve the objective of this bibliographic survey, that is, to understand the investigated reality, from a human and professional perspective and, if necessary, to propose improvements. The study seeks to answer the questions raised in the introduction, recognizes Freire's contribution to the entire context of the EPT and the importance of the work carried out by the administrative area in question in the construction of quality education, suggests a permanent work of management to connect the areas means and end of institutions to the common purpose of integrality in education and makes other propositions. |

A continuación, se presentan consideraciones sobre la legislación licitatoria vigente, buscando una mejor conexión con el debate propuesto. Se recompone una breve historia de las influencias freireanas en la educación general, profesional y tecnológica. Con Marx, en las Instrucciones para los Delegados del Consejo General Provisional (1866), Gramsci y sus Cadernos do Cárcere (2001), el texto vincula a Freire con estas referencias y con la EPT en Brasil. Se demuestran más aportes freireanos a la EPT, relacionándolos con los principios, lineamientos y normas que rigen este tipo de educación. Se comprueba la aplicabilidad de las teorías de Freire para lograr el objetivo de este levantamiento bibliográfico, es decir, comprender la realidad investigada, desde una perspectiva humana y profesional y, en su caso, proponer mejoras. El estudio busca responder interrogantes planteados en la introducción, reconoce el aporte de Freire a todo el contexto de la EPT y la importancia del trabajo que realiza el área administrativa en mención en la construcción de una educación de calidad, sugiere un trabajo permanente de gestión para conectar las áreas medios y fines de las instituciones al fin común de la integralidad en la educación y hace otras proposiciones.Este artigo investiga, em pesquisa exploratória, a relevância da atuação dos servidores administrativos na fase preparatória dos pregões eletrônicos em instituições federais de educação profissional e tecnológica, sob a abordagem sócio-político-cultural de Paulo Freire, por sua ênfase no ser humano como sujeito transformador da própria realidade. Seguem-se considerações sobre a legislação licitatória vigente, visando a uma melhor conexão ao debate que se propõe. Remonta-se um breve histórico das influências freirianas acerca da educação geral, profissional e tecnológica. Com Marx, nas Instruções para os Delegados do Conselho Geral Provisório (1866), Gramsci e seus Cadernos do Cárcere (2001), o texto conecta Freire a esses referenciais e à EPT no Brasil. Demonstra-se mais contribuições freirianas à EPT, relacionando-as aos princípios, diretrizes e normas que regem essa modalidade de educação. Verifica-se a aplicabilidade das teorias de Freire para alcançar o objetivo deste levantamento bibliográfico, qual seja, compreender a realidade investigada, sob uma perspectiva humana e profissional e, se for o caso, propor melhorias.
