Perception of elderly hospitalized patients in relation to the assistance of the multidisciplinary team: an integrative literature review

Resumo: Talking about humanization is fundamental; listening to the patient is essential. Through the patient's perception of the care being provided, quality of care can be assessed, thus contributing to the well-being of those institutionalized. The objective of this work is to know and analyze the satisfaction of hospitalized patients in relation to the care of the multidisciplinary team, verifying the needs found during the hospitalization period. This is an Integrative Review study, with a narrative approach. To answer the study question, a search was carried out in the VHL-Bireme, MedLine, Lilacs, BDENF-Enfermagem, Scielo databases, using the terms: “Patient care team” “Empathy” “Humanization in care” The results of this research underscore effective communication as a key point for the smooth running of teamwork, also highlighting the satisfaction that the patient has in relation to the professional who serves him with a holistic view and the importance of evaluating the care provided, thus being able to provide improvement in the practices developed, qualifying the assistance even more.

A través de la percepción del paciente sobre la atención que se brinda, se puede evaluar la calidad de la atención, contribuyendo así al bienestar de los institucionalizados. El objetivo de este trabajo es conocer y analizar la satisfacción de los pacientes hospitalizados en relación con la atención del equipo multidisciplinario, verificando las necesidades encontradas durante el período de internación. Este es un estudio de Revisión Integrativa, con un enfoque narrativo. Para responder a la pregunta del estudio se realizó una búsqueda en las bases de datos BVS-Bireme, MedLine, Lilacs, BDENF-Enfermagem, Scielo, utilizando los términos: "Equipo de atención al paciente" "Empatía" "Humanización en la atención" . Los resultados de esta investigación subrayan la comunicación efectiva como un punto clave para el buen funcionamiento del trabajo en equipo, destacando también la satisfacción que tiene el paciente en relación al profesional que lo atiende con una visión holística y la importancia de evaluar la atención brindada, pudiendo así aportar una mejora en las prácticas desarrolladas, cualificando cada vez más la asistencia.Falar em humanização é fundamental; ouvir o paciente é essencial. Através da percepção do paciente em relação aos cuidados que estão sendo prestados, pode-se avaliar a qualidade no atendimento, contribuindo, assim, para o bem-estar dos institucionalizados. O objetivo deste trabalho é conhecer e analisar a satisfação de pacientes internados em relação ao atendimento da equipe multiprofissional, verificando as necessidades encontradas no período de internação. Trata-se de um estudo de Revisão Integrativa, com abordagem narrativa. Para responder à questão do estudo, foi realizada uma busca nos bancos de dados BVS-Bireme, MedLine, Lilacs, BDENF-Enfermagem, Scielo, utilizando-se os termos: “Equipe de assistência ao paciente” “Empatia” “Humanização na assistência”.
