Resumo: The strengthening of relations between school entities and universities is beneficial for both sides and also for the local community, which is graced through the dissemination of scientific knowledge. The use of actions in the form of workshops and lectures that arouse students' interest in the technological area, since elementary school, led to the development of skills for the formation of the scientific being. The aim of this work was to arouse interest in students in the technological area, both for instigation and for the future insertion in the academic environment. To this end, the interaction of professors, undergraduate and graduate students from the Food Engineering and Chemical Engineering courses was promoted with students from the elementary schools in the municipal network. The lectures and practical workshops were held at the university where technological knowledge was discussed. After completing these actions, a questionnaire was applied in order to assess the students' approval and interest. These actions promoted among students the desire to experience the university, in addition to also serving to exchange pedagogical knowledge and teaching-learning between teachers, students, undergraduate and graduate students.

El uso de acciones en forma de talleres y conferencias que despierten el interés de los estudiantes en el área tecnológica, desde la escuela primaria, puede conducir al desarrollo de habilidades para la formación del ser científico. El objetivo de este trabajo fue despertar en los alumnos de primaria el interés por el área tecnológica, tanto por la instigación como por la posibilidad futura de inserción en el ámbito académico. Para ello, se promovió la interacción de profesores, estudiantes de pregrado y posgrado de los cursos de Ingeniería de Alimentos e Ingeniería Química con estudiantes de las escuelas primarias de la red municipal. En la propia universidad se realizaron clases teóricas y talleres prácticos, donde se discutieron conocimientos tecnológicos. Luego de completar estas acciones, se aplicó un cuestionario para evaluar la aprobación e interés de los estudiantes. Estas acciones fomentaron en los estudiantes el deseo de vivir la universidad, además de servir también para el intercambio de conocimientos pedagógicos y de enseñanza-aprendizaje entre docentes, estudiantes, estudiantes de pregrado y posgrado.O fortalecimento das relações entre entidades escolares e universidades é benéfico para ambas as partes e também para a comunidade local, que é favorecida pela divulgação do conhecimento científico. A utilização de ações na forma de workshops e conferências que despertem o interesse de alunos da área tecnológica, desde o ensino fundamental, pode levar ao desenvolvimento de competências para a formação do ser cientista. O objetivo deste trabalho foi despertar nos alunos do ensino fundamental o interesse pela área tecnológica, tanto pela instigação quanto pela futura possibilidade de inserção no meio acadêmico. Para tanto, foi promovida a interação de professores, alunos de graduação e pós-graduação dos cursos de Engenharia de Alimentos e Engenharia Química com alunos dos cursos de ensino fundamental da rede municipal. Foram realizadas aulas teóricas e workshops práticos na própria universidade onde se discutiu o conhecimento tecnológico. Após a conclusão dessas ações, foi aplicado um questionário para avaliar a aprovação e o interesse dos alunos.
