Contributions from continuing training to pedagogical practice of teachers in a Santa Maria school

Resumo: | This article is part of a research paper from the Master of Humanities and Languages course of Franciscan University. The study made it possible to discuss the theme of the Reggio Emilia Workshops in continuing education meetings with teachers and managers of a preschool. The research is a qualitative approach, like a case study conducted in a preschool in Santa-Maria / RS where five teachers and one manager were interviewed. To interpret the results, Bardin (2010) content analysis was used. Such research highlights the importance of the exchange of experiences between teachers as the north for the continuing formation of teachers. It also highlights the relevance of the connection and sharing of knowledge between school management and other teachers beyond the protagonism of these professionals. It is concluded that the continuing training with the theme of the Workshops came to assist in the practice of the teaching staff of the institution and bring new ways of acting and mediate the work in the classroom awakening new learning possibilities with the children. |

El estudio permitió discutir el tema de los Talleres Reggio Emilia en reuniones de educación continua con maestros y gerentes de un preescolar. La investigación es un enfoque cualitativo, como un estudio de caso realizado en un preescolar en Santa-Maria / RS donde se entrevistó a cinco maestros y un gerente. Para interpretar los resultados, se utilizó el análisis de contenido de Bardin (2010). Dicha investigación resalta la importancia del intercambio de experiencias entre docentes del norte para la formación continua de docentes. También destaca la relevancia de la conexión y el intercambio de conocimientos entre la gestión escolar y otros docentes más allá del protagonismo de estos profesionales. Se concluye que la capacitación continua con el tema de los Talleres llegó para ayudar en la práctica del personal docente de la institución y brindar nuevas formas de actuar y mediar el trabajo en el aula, despertando nuevas posibilidades de aprendizaje con los niños. Este artigo é parte de uma pesquisa do curso de Mestrado em Humanidades e Linguagens da Universidade Franciscana, RS, BRASIL O estudo viabilizou discutir a temática dos Ateliês de Reggio Emília em encontros de formação continuada com professores e gestores de uma escola de Educação Infantil. A pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa, do tipo estudo de caso realizada em uma escola de Educação Infantil do Município de Santa-Maria/RS em que foram entrevistadas cinco professoras e uma gestora. Para interpretação dos resultados utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo de Bardin (2010). Tal pesquisa coloca em evidência a importância da troca de experiências entre docentes como norte para a formação continuada de professores. Também destaca a relevância da conexão e compartilhamento de saberes entre gestão escolar e demais docentes além do protagonismo destes profissionais.
