Resumo: The subject of this case study is the procedures’ analysis used in the rank advancement process in the scope of Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica (Technological Education State Center), as well as the way of knowledge sharing among its collaborators (teachers and students), aiming at possible improvements in relation to organizational learning. As a state agency with the mission of promoting professional and technological public education within excellence framework, to intend technological, economic and social development of the state of São Paulo, it is clear, therefore, that its system of rank advancement is envisaged by a set of legal acts. This research premises that the information acquired in such process has not been measured. Organizational learning must take place efficiently. Hence, an online survey was developed for the civil servants of such state agency, in order to gather their opinions regarding the rank advancement process and to question them about other ways to information sharing.

Hence, an online survey was developed for the civil servants of such state agency, in order to gather their opinions regarding the rank advancement process and to question them about other ways to information sharing.Este estudio de caso tiene el objetivo de analizar los procedimientos utilizados en el Proceso de Evolución funcional - Progresión, practicado en el ámbito del Centro Estadual de Educación Tecnológica, así como la forma de compartir el conocimiento entre los colaboradores (docentes y discentes), buscando posibles mejoras con respecto al aprendizaje organizacional. Como órgano público con la misión de promover la educación pública profesional y tecnológica dentro de referenciales de excelencia, visando el desarrollo tecnológico, económico y social del Estado de São Paulo, se tiene, por lo tanto, que su sistema de evolución funcional está previsto en un proceso conjunto de leyes e instrucciones propias. Este trabajo parte de la premisa de que el intercambio de la información adquirida en el proceso no está siendo medido. El aprendizaje organizacional debe realizarse de forma eficiente. De este modo, se desarrolló un cuestionario electrónico para los servidores de esa Institución, a fin de recoger sus opiniones con relación al Proceso de Evolución Funcional y cuestionar acerca de la existencia de otras formas de compartir la información.Este estudo de caso tem o objetivo de analisar os procedimentos utilizados no Processo de Evolução Funcional – Progressão, praticado no âmbito do Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica, bem como a forma de compartilhamento do conhecimento entre os colaboradores (docentes e discentes), visando possíveis melhorias com relação ao aprendizado organizacional. Como órgão público com a missão de promover a educação pública profissional e tecnológica dentro de referenciais de excelência, visando o desenvolvimento tecnológico, econômico e social do Estado de São Paulo, tem-se, portanto, que seu sistema de evolução funcional está previsto em um conjunto de leis e instruções próprias. Este trabalho parte da premissa de que o compartilhamento das informações adquiridas no processo não está sendo mensurado. O aprendizado organizacional deve ocorrer de forma eficiente.
