Resumo: | The article verifies the performance of public policies: National School Feeding Program, the National Program for Strengthening Family Agriculture, to understand the organizational dynamics in the municipality of Brejo Santo/Ceará. To answer the research concerns, the study contemplates the survey of data, products and processes that involve the purchase of foodstuffs policies, for school meals, as well as the forms of production and commercialization. To achieve these objectives, a documental study was carried out, containing the analysis of the Minutes, Notices, with the executing units in the region, to diagnose the results of the programs, the production matrix, access to new markets, as well as the management of school meals. The research findings identified the strengthening of local associative organizations, the expansion of institutional relations, family involvement in production, in addition to care for the environment, pesticide-free production. It means special care with food safety, which indicates an improvement in the diet of families, as well as in the products on the school menu. This process has the presence of nutritionists, technical assistance in production, an organizational and institutional movement, capable of causing a new social and economic dynamic in the group of family farmers, who organize themselves into associations/cooperatives, to produce and market their products, provide better school nutrition. |

Para responder a las inquietudes de la investigación, el estudio contempla el relevamiento de datos, productos y procesos que involucran las políticas de compra de alimentos, para las comidas escolares, así como las formas de producción y comercialización. Para lograr estos objetivos, se realizó un estudio documental, que contiene el análisis de las Actas, Avisos, con las unidades ejecutoras de la región, para diagnosticar los resultados de los programas, la matriz productiva, el acceso a nuevos mercados, así como la gestión de las comidas escolares. Los hallazgos de la investigación identificaron el fortalecimiento de las organizaciones asociativas locales, la ampliación de las relaciones institucionales, la participación familiar en la producción, además del cuidado del medio ambiente, la producción libre de pesticidas. Significa especial cuidado con la seguridad alimentaria, lo que indica una mejora en la dieta de las familias, así como en los productos del menú escolar. Este proceso cuenta con la presencia de nutricionistas, asistencia técnica en la producción, un movimiento organizativo e institucional, capaz de provocar una nueva dinámica social y económica en el grupo de agricultores familiares, que se organizan en asociaciones / cooperativas, para producir y comercializar sus productos, proporcionar una mejor nutrición escolar.O artigo verifica a atuação das políticas públicas: Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar, o Programa Nacional de Fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar, para compreender as dinâmicas organizacionais, no município de Brejo Santo/Ceará. Para responder as inquietações da pesquisa, o estudo contempla o levantamento de dados, dos produtos e processos que envolvem as políticas de compra dos gêneros alimentícios, para a alimentação escolar, bem como as formas de produção e comercialização. Para alcançar esses objetivos, foi realizado um estudo documental, contendo as análises das Atas, Editais, junto às unidades executoras na região, para diagnosticar os resultados dos programas, da matriz produtiva, o acesso a novos mercados, bem como a gestão da alimentação escolar. Os achados da pesquisa identificaram o fortalecimento das organizações associativas locais, a ampliação das relações institucionais, o envolvimento familiar na produção, para além, o cuidado com o meio ambiente, a produção livre de agrotóxico. Significa, um cuidado especial com a segurança alimentar, o que indica uma melhoria na alimentação das famílias, bem como nos produtos do cardápio das escolas.
