The racialization of school failure in brazilian basic education: bibliographic review (2010-2020)

Resumo: | This article deals with a literature review on school failure adopting two methodological directions: firstly, a review of the historical landmarks of academic research on school failure was carried out, analyzing previously established categories, namely: a) theoretical and epistemic conceptions in the concerning the theoretical-methodological basis of the works; b) their epistemological and explanatory relationships about the phenomenon studied from ethnic-racial issues; c) who were the subjects questioned in the works regarding the objects of study in question and their methodological design; and d) analyze the educational context researched in the works. Then, the current research on this topic was analyzed, intersected with the school complaint in basic education, with the objective of analyzing the content (words) referring to the titles and abstracts of these studies, focusing on a problematization anchored in content analysis. As a result of this work, the perception about the role of School Psychology in this field of studies is presented, as well as the erasure of ethnic-racial variables regarding the analyzes and problematizations that deal with school failure in Brazilian basic education. |

As a result of this work, the perception about the role of School Psychology in this field of studies is presented, as well as the erasure of ethnic-racial variables regarding the analyzes and problematizations that deal with school failure in Brazilian basic education.A partir de una revisión bibliográfica, el artículo tensiona las categorías fracaso escolar, denuncia escolar y racialización, adoptando orientaciones metodológicas que proponen analizar acerca de la identificación de hitos históricos de la investigación académica, buscando evidenciar: a) concepciones teóricas y epistémicas en cuanto a lo teórico-metodológico base de la muestra; b) relaciones epistemológicas y explicativas sobre el fenómeno estudiado desde las cuestiones étnico-raciales; c) identificación de los temas cuestionados en los trabajos; yd) contexto educativo investigado en los trabajos. Los resultados apuntan para la percepción sobre el papel de la Psicología Escolar en este campo de estudios, así como el borrado de variables étnico-raciales en los análisis y problematizaciones que tratan el fracaso escolar en la educación básica brasileña.Este artigo versa acerca de uma revisão de literatura sobre o fracasso escolar adotando duas direções metodológicas: primeiramente, realizou-se uma revisão dos marcos históricos de pesquisas acadêmicas sobre o fracasso escolar analisando categorias previamente estabelecidas, sendo estas: a) concepções teóricas e epistêmicas no que tange ao embasamento teórico-metodológico dos trabalhos; b) suas relações epistemológicas e explicativas acerca do fenômeno estudado a partir de questões étnico-raciais; c) quais foram os sujeitos interpelados nos trabalhos quanto aos objetos de estudo em questão e seu delineamento metodológico; e d) analisar o contexto educacional pesquisado nos trabalhos. Em seguida, analisou-se as pesquisas atuais acerca deste tema, intercruzado com a queixa escolar na educação básica, com o objetivo de analisar o conteúdo (palavras) referente aos títulos e resumos desses estudos, com foco numa problematização ancorada na análise de conteúdo.
