Pedagogical innovation in the school context: from constituent elements to difficulties ans possibilities

Resumo: This study aims to analyze the constituent elements, the difficuties and possibilities of pedagogical innovations in the school context. As a methodological procedure, bibliographic research was used in the Scielo and CCN databases, through the CAPES Portal to survey the diferente conceptions of pedagogical innovation in academic production, highlighting the aspects under analysis between May and October 2019. The results of this study point out that pedagogical innovation develops, preferably, in the classroom and in the pedagogical practices of theachers and constitutes na elementar and decisive fator for the paradigmatic changes in the education systems, something essential nowadays, in order to favor and encourage meaningful student learning. It was found that aspects such as solid teaching teams, receptive educational community, experience, reflection, evaluation, lack of intrinsic motivation of teachers for change, improvisation and lack of planning can both facilitate and hinder the processo of pedagogical innovation in the scool context.

Como procedimiento metodológico, se utilizó la investigación bibliográfica en las bases de datos Scielo y CCN, a través del Portal CAPES para estudiar las diferentes concepciones de innovación pedagógica en la producción académica, destacando los aspectos bajo análisis entre mayo y octubre de 2019. Los resultados de este estudio señalan que la innovación pedagógica se desarrolla, preferiblemente, en el aula y en las prácticas pedagógicas de los docentes y constituye un factor elemental y decisivo para los cambios paradigmáticos en los sistemas educativos, algo esencial hoy en día, para favorecer y fomentar aprendizaje significativo de los alumnos. Se encontró que aspectos como equipos de enseñanza sólidos, comunidad educativa receptiva, experiencia, reflexión, evaluación, falta de motivación intrínseca de los maestros para el cambio, improvisación y falta de planificación pueden facilitar y dificultar el proceso de innovación pedagógica en el contexto escolar.Este estudo objetiva analisar os elementos constituintes, as dificuldades e possibilidades da inovação pedagógica no contexto escolar. Como procedimento metodológico foi utilizada a pesquisa bibliográfica nas bases de dados Scielo e CCN, por meio do Portal da CAPES para levantamento das diferentes concepções sobre inovação pedagógica consignadas na produção acadêmica, delas destacando os aspectos em análise no período entre maio e outubro de 2019. Os resultados deste estudo apontam que a inovação pedagógica se desenvolve, preferencialmente, na sala de aula e nas práticas pedagógicas dos professores e constitui fator elementar e decisivo para as mudanças paradigmáticas dos sistemas de ensino, algo essencial nos dias atuais, haja vista favorecer e impulsionar a aprendizagem significativa dos alunos.
