Sociodemographic and clinical profile of bone marrow transplant recipients: Reference Centers in Brazil and Spain

Resumo: | To characterize the sociodemographic and clinical profile of Bone Marrow Transplant in two centers in Brazil and one in Spain. Cross-sectional study conducted with 40 respondents appropriate to the inclusion criteria. Data were collected from March 2016 to October 2017. We found a differentiation of gender and age group between countries: predominance of females (25%); age group from 21 to 50 years (30%) in Brazil and male (37.5%); age group 51 to 70 years (35%) in Spain. There was similarity, respectively, of race / white color, 1st grade education, married marital status, Catholic religion, income from 1 to 2 minimum wages, primary disease and leukemia. highest frequency of Halogen transplantation in Spain (37.5%). The study had a strengthening advance in nursing actions, providing them with tools for organization, planning and decision making, and for promoting care with patients and their families. |

Estudio transversal realizado con 40 encuestados adecuados a los criterios de inclusión. Los datos se recopilaron de marzo de 2016 a octubre de 2017. Encontramos una diferenciación de género y grupo de edad entre países: predominio de mujeres (25%); grupo de edad de 21 a 50 años (30%) en Brasil y masculino (37.5%); grupo de edad de 51 a 70 años (35%) en España. Hubo similitud, respectivamente, de raza / color blanco, educación de primer grado, estado civil casado, religión católica, ingresos de 1 a 2 salarios mínimos, enfermedad primaria y leucemia. frecuencia más alta de trasplante de halógeno en España (37,5%). El estudio tuvo un avance fortalecedor en las acciones de enfermería, proporcionándoles herramientas para la organización, planificación y toma de decisiones, y para promover la atención con los pacientes y sus familias. Estudo transversal, realizado com 40 respondentes adequados aos critérios de inclusão. Os dados foram coletados de março de 2016 a outubro de 2017. Constatou-se uma diferenciação de gênero e faixa etária entre os países: predomínio do gênero feminino (25%); faixa etária de 21 a 50 anos (30%) no Brasil e do gênero masculino (37,5%); faixa etária de 51 a 70 anos (35%), na Espanha. Houve similaridade, respectivamente, de raça/cor branca, escolaridade 1º grau, estado civil casado, religião católica, renda de 1 a 2 salários mínimos, doença primária Leucemias e. maior frequência de transplante Halogênico na Espanha (37,5%).
