Resumo: The organizational climate represents the level of satisfaction of people in the workplace. Organizational climate research provides insight into the factors that motivate or demotivate employees in an organization. Thus, this article aims to analyze the factors that influence the organizational climate in a small foundry in the city of Claudio, MG. A descriptive case study was conducted, adopting the qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection was done by questionnaires applied to 95% of employees. The results indicate that the factors that most influence the organizational climate in a positive way are: adequate working environment and conditions, the employee performs the function according to his / her profile, job stability, best quality of life at work, benefits offered by the company, good relationship between team people, agility in company decisions, recognition for work performed, information received about their work, the company being open to new ideas, organizational structure. The factors that negatively influence him are: inadequate leadership style, ineffective communication, lack of training, lack of career advancement opportunities, lack of criteria for internal promotion, and unequal treatment of employees by leaders. Thus, the results revealed important information for the company, which can contribute to its repositioning in relation to meeting the needs of employees, which may contribute to increase their satisfaction with the work.

La investigación del clima organizacional proporciona información sobre los factores que motivan o desmotivan a los empleados de una organización. Por lo tanto, este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar los factores que influyen en el clima organizacional en una pequeña fundición en la ciudad de Cláudio, MG. Se realizó un estudio de caso descriptivo, adoptando los enfoques cualitativos y cuantitativos. La recopilación de datos se realizó mediante cuestionarios aplicados al 95% de los empleados. Los resultados indican que los factores que más influyen en el clima organizacional de manera positiva son: ambiente y condiciones de trabajo adecuadas, el empleado realiza la función de acuerdo con su perfil, estabilidad laboral, calidad de vida en el trabajo, beneficios ofrecidos por la empresa. , buena relación entre personas del equipo, agilidad en las decisiones de la empresa, reconocimiento por el trabajo realizado, información recibida sobre su trabajo, la empresa está abierta a nuevas ideas, estructura organizativa. Los factores que influyen negativamente en él son: estilo de liderazgo inadecuado, comunicación ineficaz, falta de capacitación, falta de oportunidades de avance profesional, falta de criterios para la promoción interna y trato desigual de los empleados por parte de los líderes. Por lo tanto, los resultados revelaron información importante para la empresa, que puede contribuir a su reposicionamiento en relación con la satisfacción de las necesidades de los empleados, lo que puede contribuir a aumentar su satisfacción con el trabajo.O clima organizacional representa o nível de satisfação das pessoas no local trabalho. Por meio da pesquisa de clima organizacional podem-se obter informações que possibilitam a compreensão dos fatores que motivam ou desmotivam os funcionários numa organização. Dessa forma, o presente artigo tem, como objetivo, analisar os fatores que influenciam o clima organizacional numa fundição de pequeno porte, na cidade de Cláudio, MG. Foi realizado um estudo de caso, de caráter descritivo, adotando as abordagens qualitativa e quantitativa. A coleta dos dados foi feita por meio de questionários aplicados a 95% dos empregados. Os resultados indicam que os fatores que mais influenciam o clima organizacional de modo positivo são: ambiente e condições de trabalho adequadas, o colaborador exercer a função de acordo com o seu perfil, estabilidade no emprego, melhor qualidade de vida no trabalho, benefícios oferecidos pela empresa, bom relacionamento entre as pessoas da equipe, agilidade nas decisões da empresa, reconhecimento pelo trabalho executado, informações recebidas sobre seu trabalho, a empresa estar aberta para novas ideias, estrutura organizacional. Os fatores que o influenciam negativamente são: o estilo de liderança inadequado, a comunicação ineficaz, a falta de treinamentos, a inexistência de oportunidades de ascensão profissional, a falta de critérios para promoção interna e a desigualdade no tratamento dos funcionários pelos líderes.
