Resumo: | The study aimed to know the perception of early childhood education professionals regarding first aid. This is a study with a qualitative approach, carried out with professionals in early childhood education in a city in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. Data collection occurred through the application of a questionnaire, organized in the Google forms tool with eleven open questions, arranged in two blocks: sociodemographic data and referring to first aid in a school environment. This document was sent by e-mail and answered by the participants online, to the detriment of the pandemic by Covid-19. Qualitative data were submitted to Thematic Content Analysis. It is noteworthy that the entire research was governed by Resolution 466/2012, respecting the ethical aspects of research conducted with human beings, and approval under number 4,062,050. Twelve professionals participated in the research. Through the responses of the participants, the following theme was organized: knowledge and attitude of the professional in the face of a child accident. It was noticed that educators are improving to assist students in first aid. It is expected to contribute to the work process of early childhood education professionals, considering effective and harm-free service to students. |

Este es un estudio con un enfoque cualitativo, realizado con profesionales en educación infantil en una ciudad del interior de Rio Grande do Sul. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario, organizado en la herramienta de formularios de Google con once preguntas abiertas, organizados en dos bloques: datos sociodemográficos y referentes a primeros auxilios en un entorno escolar. Este documento fue enviado por correo electrónico y respondido por los participantes en línea, en detrimento de la pandemia de Covid-19. Los datos cualitativos se presentaron al análisis de contenido temático. Es de destacar que toda la investigación se regió por la Resolución 466/2012, respetando los aspectos éticos de la investigación realizada con seres humanos, y la aprobación con el número 4.062.050. Doce profesionales participaron en la investigación. A través de las respuestas de los participantes, se organizó el siguiente tema: conocimiento y actitud del profesional ante un accidente infantil. Se notó que los educadores están mejorando para ayudar a los estudiantes en primeros auxilios. Se espera que contribuya al proceso de trabajo de los profesionales de la educación de la primera infancia, considerando un servicio eficaz y sin daños para los estudiantes.O estudo objetivou conhecer a percepção dos profissionais da educação infantil frente aos primeiros socorros. Trata-se de um estudo com abordagem qualitativa, realizado com profissionais da educação infantil de um município do interior do Rio Grande do Sul. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio da aplicação de um questionário, organizado na ferramenta formulários Google com onze questões abertas, dispostas em dois blocos: dados sociodemográficos e referente ao atendimento em primeiros socorros em ambiente escolar. Este documento foi encaminhado por e-mail e respondido pelos participantes de forma online, em detrimento da pandemia por Covid-19. Os dados qualitativos foram submetidos a Análise Temática de Conteúdo. Ressalta-se que toda a pesquisa foi regida pela Resolução 466/2012, respeitando os aspectos éticos de pesquisas realizadas com seres humanos, e aprovação sob o número 4.062.050. Participaram da pesquisa doze profissionais. Por meio das respostas das participantes, organizou-se o seguinte tema: conhecimento e atitude do profissional frente a um acidente infantil. Percebeu-se que os educadores estão se aperfeiçoando para atender os alunos em atendimentos de primeiros socorros.
