Resumo: | Strategic planning can be defined as a set of actions established in order for the outlined objectives to be achieved. In this article the importance of the nurse in carrying out the principles of management and administration in his work routine will be pointed out. The general objective of the study was to evaluate and correlate the acceptability of students in the face of strategic planning, through an educational workshop and, as a final proposal, to develop a free course so that health professionals, especially nurses, can deepen their knowledge on this subject. This is an articulation of the teaching practice between the stricto sensu postgraduate program and the nursing graduate program, through strategic health planning. The understanding of the 5th year undergraduate nursing students at the University Center of Volta Redonda about strategic planning was investigated, and their engagement in the educational workshop. The methodology used was data collection. Initially, a pre-test (questionnaire) was used and with the answers produced by the students, it was possible to make the educational workshop closer to everyone’s reality. The evaluation of students regarding the workshop’s exercise was considered satisfactory. The results showed that the activities practiced in the workshop had good adherence and the students obtained the expected understanding. This workshop contributes to motivate students to assume management positions through strategic planning appropriate to the work institution. It was also concluded that the teaching method applied in the workshop facilitated the clarification of doubts, the visualization and understanding of the content. |

En este artículo se señalará la importancia de la enfermera en el cumplimiento de los principios de gestión y administración en su trabajo diario. El objetivo general del estudio fue evaluar y correlacionar la aceptabilidad de los estudiantes frente a la planificación estratégica, a través de un taller educativo y, como propuesta final, desarrollar un curso gratuito para que los profesionales de la salud, especialmente las enfermeras, profundizarse en este tema. Esta es una articulación de la práctica docente entre el programa de posgrado stricto sensu y el programa de posgrado de enfermería, a través de la planificación estratégica de la salud. Se investigó la comprensión de los estudiantes de pregrado de enfermería de quinto año en el Centro Universitario de Volta Redonda sobre la planificación estratégica, y su participación en el taller educativo. La metodología utilizada fue la recopilación de datos. Inicialmente, se utilizó una prueba previa (cuestionario) y con las respuestas producidas por los estudiantes, fue posible acercar el taller educativo a la realidad de todos. La evaluación de los alumnos en relación con el ejercicio del taller se consideró satisfactoria. Los resultados mostraron que las actividades practicadas en el taller tuvieron buena adherencia y los estudiantes obtuvieron la comprensión esperada. Este taller contribuye a motivar a los estudiantes a asumir puestos gerenciales en vista de la planificación estratégica apropiada para la institución laboral. Se concluyó que el método de enseñanza aplicado en el taller facilitó la aclaración de dudas, la visualización y la comprensión del contenido.O planejamento estratégico pode ser definido como um conjunto de ações estabelecidas para que os objetivos delineados sejam alcançados. Neste artigo será apontada a importância do enfermeiro em executar os princípios da gestão e administração na rotina de trabalho. O objetivo geral do estudo foi avaliar e correlacionar a aceitabilidade dos alunos frente ao tema planejamento estratégico, por meio de uma oficina educativa e, como proposta final, elaborar um curso livre para que os profissionais de saúde, principalmente os enfermeiros, possam se aprofundar ainda mais neste assunto. Esta é uma articulação da prática de ensino entre a pós-graduação stricto sensu e a graduação em enfermagem, por meio do planejamento estratégico em saúde. Foi investigado o entendimento dos alunos do 5º ano de graduação em enfermagem do Centro Universitário de Volta Redonda acerca do planejamento estratégico, e o engajamento deles na oficina educativa. A metodologia utilizada foi a coleta de dados. Inicialmente, utilizou-se um pré-teste (questionário) e, com as respostas produzidas pelos alunos, foi possível tornar a oficina educativa mais próxima da realidade de todos. A avaliação dos alunos em relação ao exercício da oficina foi considerada satisfatória. Os resultados demonstraram que as atividades praticadas na oficina tiveram boa adesão e os alunos obtiveram o entendimento esperado. Esta oficina contribui para motivar os alunos a assumir cargos de gestão frente a um planejamento estratégico adequado à instituição de trabalho.
