A teaching look at the evaluation processes in the school context

Resumo: | This article aims to investigate and discuss the evaluation processes in teaching, how the evaluations are being understood, and what is the role of the school in the vision of two teachers of a State Institute of Education in the modality of Normal Course . The methodological delineation of this research follows a qualitative approach and for the data collection a questionnaire was composed, consisting of five open questions. As a result, it was evidenced that the participants / teachers are concerned with the methodologies currently still present in the classroom, which indicates that they are willing and flexible in the face of this constant challenge of changing design and practices. As well, it is necessary that the evaluation processes for the learning need to be rethought in the school contexts, because the practices used still do not present if the student has been learning. |

El delineamiento metodológico de esta investigación sigue un enfoque cualitativo y para la recolección de datos se realizó un cuestionario, compuesto por cinco preguntas abiertas. Como resultados, se evidenció que las participantes / profesoras se preocupan por las metodologías actualmente presentes en el aula, lo que señala que están dispuestas y flexibles frente a este constante desafío de cambio de concepción y prácticas. Así como, se necesita que los procesos de evaluación para el aprendizaje necesitan ser repensados en los contextos escolares, pues las prácticas utilizadas aún no presentan si hubo el aprendizaje del alumno.O presente artigo tem por objetivo investigar e discutir os processos avaliativos no ensino, como as avaliações estão sendo compreendidas, consideradas e qual é o papel dela na escola, na visão de duas docentes de um Instituto Estadual de Educação na modalidade de Curso Normal. O delineamento metodológico desta investigação segue uma abordagem qualitativa e para a coleta de dados foi realizado um questionário, composto por cinco perguntas abertas. Como resultados, evidenciou-se que as participantes/professoras preocupam-se com as metodologias atualmente ainda presentes em sala de aula, o que sinaliza que estão dispostas e flexíveis frente a este constante desafio de mudança de concepção e práticas.
