Electricity concepts worked according to problem-based learning methodology

Resumo: Seeking to resolve part of the obstacles that stand in the way of meaningful learning of concepts associated with Electricity when worked in Physics classes in High School, largely from “traditional” pedagogies that prioritize classes centered on the teacher and memorization at the expense of dynamism and practical understanding, we present this work for appreciation. Its main objective is to build a didactic sequence on the theme related to studies in the field of electricity, having as theoretical basis the Pestalozzian method of teaching, the conceptualization of meaningful learning by Ausubel and the use of generating themes as defined by Paulo Freire, as a guideline of a methodology that transfers to the student the role of learning itself, Problem Based Learning (PBL). The results obtained from the implementation of the didactic sequence in a class of 3rd grade of High School were analyzed meticulously, and point to the occurrence of meaningful learning, the target of teaching practice.

Su objetivo principal es construir una secuencia didáctica sobre el tema relacionado con los estudios en el campo de la electricidad, teniendo como base teórica el método de enseñanza Pestalozzian, la conceptualización del aprendizaje significativo por parte de Ausubel y el uso de temas generadores definidos por Paulo Freire, como guía. de una metodología que transfiere al alumno el papel del aprendizaje en sí mismo, el aprendizaje basado en problemas (ABP). Los resultados obtenidos de la implementación de la secuencia didáctica en una clase de 3er grado de secundaria, se analizaron meticulosamente y apuntan a la ocurrencia de aprendizaje significativo, el objetivo de la práctica docente.Procurando dirimir parte dos obstáculos que se interpõem à aprendizagem significativa de conceitos associados à Eletricidade quando trabalhados em aulas de Física no Ensino Médio, em grande medida oriundos de pedagogias “tradicionais” que priorizam aulas centradas no professor e memorização em detrimento de dinamismo e compreensão prática, colocamos para apreço o presente trabalho. Seu principal objetivo é construir uma sequência didática sobre a temática relacionada a estudos na área de eletricidade, tendo como fundamentação teórica o método pestalozziano de ensino, a conceituação de aprendizagem significativa de Ausubel e a utilização de temas geradores conforme definidos por Paulo Freire, à guisa de uma metodologia que transfere ao aluno o protagonismo da própria aprendizagem, a Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas (ABP).
