Early childhood education: strategy of training teachers in first aid

Resumo: | The objective of this article is to investigate, in national and international scientific productions, the importance of the role of the teacher of early childhood education in school accidents. It is an integrative literature review, whose data collection was carried out from May to June 2019, using the following databases: Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO), Virtual Health Library (VHL), Portal of Journals of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), the Nursing Database (BDENF) and the National Library of Medicine National Institutions Health (PUBMED). The results were presented in the form of a table and analyzed in categories. The analysis of the articles included in the study, after a critical reading, corroborated with the creation of two categories: accident prevention in the school environment; training on school accidents, an effective need. It is concluded that the study contributed to expand knowledge and highlight the existing gaps in the topic addressed. It was possible to recognize and analyze the light of the theoretical framework that accident prevention in these researches were addressed in a more expressive way and, subsequently, the training of teachers in this area. This gap must be filled, since the training of teachers in early childhood education can prevent or minimize the risk of sequelae if accidents occur. |

Es una revisión bibliográfica integradora, cuya recopilación de datos se llevó a cabo de mayo a junio de 2019, utilizando las siguientes bases de datos: Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO), Virtual Health Library (VHL), Portal de Revistas de la Coordinación para la Mejora del Personal de Educación Superior (CAPES), la Base de Datos de Enfermería (BDENF) y la Biblioteca Nacional de Medicina de las Instituciones Nacionales de Salud (PUBMED). Los resultados se presentaron en forma de tabla y se analizaron en categorías. El análisis de los artículos incluidos en el estudio, luego de una lectura crítica, corroboró con la creación de dos categorías: prevención de accidentes en el entorno escolar; capacitación en accidentes escolares, una necesidad efectiva. Se concluye que el estudio contribuyó a expandir el conocimiento y resaltar las brechas existentes en el tema abordado. Fue posible reconocer y analizar a la luz del marco teórico que la prevención de accidentes en estas investigaciones se abordaron de una manera más expresiva y, posteriormente, la formación de los docentes en esta área. Esta brecha debe llenarse, ya que la capacitación de maestros en educación infantil temprana puede prevenir o minimizar el riesgo de secuelas si ocurren accidentes.O objetivo desse artigo é investigar, nas produções cietíficas nacionais e internacionais, a importância atuação do professor de educação infantil nos acidentes escolares. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, cuja coleta de dados foi realizada no período de maio a junho de 2019, utilizando as seguintes bases de dados: Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO), Biblioteca Virtual da Saúde (BVS), Portal de Periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), Banco de Dados em Enfermagem (BDENF) e a National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health (PUBMED). Os resultados foram apresentados sob a forma de quadro e analisados em categorias.A análise dos artigos incluídos no estudo, após uma leitura crítica, corroborou com a criação de duas categorias: prevenção de acidentes no ambiente escolar; capacitação sobre acidentes escolares, uma necessidade efetiva. Conclui-se que o estudo contribuiu para ampliar o conhecimento e evidenciar as lacunas existentes no tema abordado. Foi possível reconhecer e analisar a luz do referencial teórico que as prevenções de acidentes nessas pesquisas foram abordadas de forma mais expressiva e, em seguida, a capacitação dos docentes dessa área.
