Monitoring students of the 1st semester of the Medicine course in an extension project focused on healthy practices in Primary Health Care

Resumo: | The routine of a healthy life is essential for the prevention of comorbidities such as diabetes and hypertension. With this, health promotion activities in the primary care environment is fundamental, since it is considered the main means of access for users to the Unified Health System. In relation to medical training, correlating the introduction of students in a primary care environment with a health education practice on healthy practices is essential as a strategy for providing knowledge both for the population and for students and professionals. The present study aims to report the experience in the development of a project in good health practices with students of the 1st semester of the Medicine course, through educational dynamics in a Basic Health Unit in Fortaleza - CE. Among the actions, a biscuit was prepared representing a blood vessel with fat molecules, engravings with different types of food, walks on the beach, in addition to the creation of folders and a profile on social networks for greater dissemination of information. The creation of this project served as an incentive for the population to seek a better quality of life and to show students, teachers and monitors the importance of an empathic conversation with patients, so that it was possible to know their challenges in achieving a healthy life. The elaboration of these activities is a great strategy for introducing students, who are starting a course in a health area, in the Primary Care environment. |

Con esto, las actividades de promoción de la salud en el ámbito de la atención primaria son fundamentales, ya que se considera el principal medio de acceso de los usuarios al Sistema Único de Salud. En cuanto a la formación médica, correlacionar la introducción de los estudiantes en un entorno de atención primaria con una práctica de educación sanitaria sobre prácticas saludables es fundamental como estrategia para aportar conocimiento tanto a la población como a estudiantes y profesionales. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo relatar la experiencia en el desarrollo de un proyecto en buenas prácticas de salud con estudiantes del 1er semestre de la carrera de Medicina, a través de dinámicas educativas en una Unidad Básica de Salud de Fortaleza - CE. Entre las acciones se elaboró una galleta representando un vaso sanguíneo con moléculas de grasa, grabados con diferentes tipos de alimentos, paseos por la playa, además de la creación de carpetas y un perfil en redes sociales para una mayor difusión de la información. La creación de este proyecto sirvió como incentivo para que la población busque una mejor calidad de vida y para mostrar a estudiantes, docentes y monitores la importancia de una conversación empática con los pacientes, para que sea posible conocer sus desafíos para lograr una vida saludable. . La elaboración de estas actividades es una gran estrategia para introducir a los estudiantes, que están iniciando un curso en un área de salud, en el entorno de Atención Primaria.A rotina de uma vida saudável é essencial para a prevenção de comorbidades como diabetes e hipertensão. Com isso, atividades de promoção à saúde no ambiente da atenção primária é fundamental, visto que é considerado o principal meio de acesso dos usuários ao Sistema Único de Saúde. Em relação à formação médica, correlacionar a introdução dos alunos em ambiente de atenção primária com uma prática de educação em saúde sobre práticas saudáveis, é essencial como estratégia de fornecimento de saberes tanto para a população quanto para os estudantes e profissionais. O presente estudo possui o objetivo de relatar a experiência no desenvolvimento de um projeto em boas práticas em saúde com os alunos do 1° semestre do curso de Medicina, por meio de dinâmicas educativas em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde em Fortaleza - CE. Dentre as ações, foi elaborado um biscuit representando um vaso sanguíneo com moléculas de gordura, gravuras com diversos tipos de alimentos, caminhadas na praia, além da criação de folders e um perfil nas redes sociais para maior disseminação de informações. A criação desse projeto serviu como incentivo à população para buscar uma melhor qualidade de vida e mostrar para os alunos, professores e monitores a importância de uma conversa empática com os pacientes, de modo que foi possível conhecer seus desafios em alcançar uma vida saudável.
