Distance Education in the digital age: typologies, variations, uses and possibilities of e-learning

Resumo: Given the number of terms related to distance education, there is a need to explain these concepts. The purpose of this article is to explain the derivations of the Learnings models in Digital Distance Education (EaDD) as well as to distinguish the different functions that these models are outlining in the digital age. These derivations are known as: E-learning, B-learning, M-learning, U-learning and other variations including: MOOC, Microlearning, P-Learning, I-Learning and T-Learning. As a result, an overview of the derivations from the E-learning model and the growth and democratization of digital technologies and mobile devices was obtained. In conclusion, we reiterate the need to expand and deepen basic and applied research on learning models, derived from pedagogical models that adopt active methodologies and / or digital technologies in teaching practice, according to the specificities of the course, the pedagogical and technological resources available.

Estas derivaciones se conocen como: E-learning, B-learning, M-learning, U-learning y otras variaciones que incluyen: MOOC, Microlearning, P-Learning, I-Learning y T-Learning. Como resultado, se obtuvo una visión general de las derivaciones del modelo de E-learning y el crecimiento y la democratización de las tecnologías digitales y los dispositivos móviles. En conclusión, reiteramos la necesidad de ampliar y profundizar la investigación básica y aplicada sobre modelos de aprendizaje, derivados de modelos pedagógicos que adoptan metodologías activas y / o tecnologías digitales en la práctica docente, de acuerdo con las especificidades del curso, los recursos pedagógicos y tecnológicos. disponible.Diante da quantidade de termos ligados a educação a distância, há necessidade de explicitar estes conceitos. Como resultados, obteve-se uma visão geral das derivações oriundas do modelo de E-learning e do crescimento e a democratização das tecnologias digitais e dispositivos móveis. Por conclusão, reiteramos a necessidade de ampliação e aprofundamento de pesquisas básicas e aplicadas sobre modelos de Learnings, derivados de modelos pedagógicos que adotam metodologias ativas e/ou tecnologias digitais na prática docente, de acordo com as especificidades do curso, os recursos pedagógicos e tecnológicos disponíveis.
