Formative path of a crisis team: the permanent education of Open Doors

Resumo: Role of the team in mental health care is one of the pillars of the deinstitutionalization process, for this ongoing training is necessary to reflect on therapeutic practices and dynamics of services portraying mental health policy. The objective of this study was to describe an experience of continuous and permanent training of a home crisis team, based on Basaglian principles and international models, describing it as a constructive method of learning to care for the crisis. It used a mixed approach with quantitative and qualitative data from the literature study and in documents in reports, with simple numerical frequency analysis and content that allowed descriptive results of the training experience. The result comprised different denominations in the literature, with a central focus on the teaching-work interface to improve the quality of health services with equity. The formative experience of caring for the first crises in adolescence reflected on the need for dialogic, critical and reflective spaces due to the complexity and multidimensionality of experiencing the crisis, according to guidelines in documents. It is understood that the home crisis support team can constitute a model of co-responsibility between services, user and family, having in the formation the meeting of technical-scientific knowledge.

El objetivo de este estudio fue describir una experiencia de formación continua y permanente de un equipo de crisis domiciliaria, basada en principios basaglianos y modelos internacionales, describiéndola como un método de aprendizaje para cuidar de la crisis. Se utilizó un enfoque mixto con datos cuantitativos y cualitativos del bibliográfico y en documentos, con análisis numéricos simples de frecuencia y contenido que permitieron resultados descriptivos de la experiencia formativa. El resultado abarcó diferentes denominaciones en la literatura, con foco central enseñanza-trabajo para mejorar la calidad de los servicios de salud con equidad. La experiencia de atención a las primeras crisis en la adolescencia reflexionó sobre la necesidad de espacios dialógicos, críticos y reflexivos por la complejidad y multidimensionalidad la crisis. Se entiende que el equipo de apoyo a la crisis domiciliaria puede constituir un modelo de corresponsabilidad entre servicios, usuario y familia, teniendo en la formación el encuentro de saberes técnico-científicos.O papel da equipe no cuidado em saúde mental é um dos pilares do processo de desinstitucionalização, para isso a formação permanente se faz necessário para reflexão das práticas terapêuticas e dinâmica dos serviços retrate a política de saúde mental. O objetivo deste estudo foi de descrever uma experiência de formação continuada e permanente de uma equipe domiciliar de crise, pelos princípios basaglianos e modelos internacionais, descrevendo como um método construtivo de aprendizagem do cuidado da crise. Utilizou abordagem do tipo misto com dados quantitativos e qualitativos do estudo da literatura e em documentos em relatórios, com análise de frequência numérica simples e de conteúdo que possibilitou resultados descritivos da experiência formativa. O resultado compreendeu denominações distintas na literatura, com enfoque central a interface ensino-trabalho para melhoria na qualidade dos serviços de saúde com equidade. A experiência formativa do cuidado de primeiras crises na adolescência refletiu sobre a necessidade de espaços dialógicos, críticos e reflexivos pela complexidade e multidimensional da vivência da crise, conforme diretrizes de documentos governamentais.
