Permanent education of nursing professionals in the use of games for the development of activities related to adolescents in the School Health Program

Resumo: | Even in the globalized world, in which communications occur in practically all social classes and age groups, the media points out that children and adolescents remain unattended in their health demands. The object of study is Permanent Education, as a political-pedagogical guideline, for Nursing professionals in the use of games, it is expected to contribute to the development of activities related to adolescents in the Health at School Program (PSE). It is a descriptive and exploratory study, of qualitative nature, of the type research-action. Data collection will take place through a semi-structured questionnaire applied by the author, through participant observation using the field diary. Educational actions must take place in differents socials spaces, in addition to the health unit itself, especially in a school near the Family Health Clinic. Participants will be Nurses, Nursing Technicians and students of the last year of the undergraduate Nursing course who work or do an internship in the Family Health Strategy (ESF). The implementation of these social technologies, the result of a continuous education process, expands the interaction between different actors, providing greater trust between the adolescent and the nursing professional of the FHS, who together enhance the search for their full citizenship. |

El objeto de estudio es la Educación Permanente, como directriz político-pedagógica, para los profesionales de Enfermería en el uso de juegos, se espera que contribuya al desarrollo de las actividades relacionadas con los adolescentes en el Programa Salud en la Escuela (PSE). Se trata de un estudio descriptivo y exploratorio, de carácter cualitativo, del tipo investigación-acción. La recogida de datos se realizará mediante un cuestionario semiestructurado aplicado por el autor, mediante observación participante mediante el diario de campo. Las acciones educativas deben desarrollarse en diferentes espacios sociales, además de la propia unidad de salud, especialmente en una escuela cercana a la Clínica de Salud de la Familia. Los participantes serán Enfermeros, Técnicos de Enfermería y estudiantes del último año de la carrera de Licenciatura en Enfermería que trabajen o realicen prácticas en la Estrategia Salud de la Familia (ESF). La implementación de estas tecnologías sociales, resultado de un proceso de educación continua, amplía la interacción entre los diferentes actores, brindando una mayor confianza entre el adolescente y el profesional de enfermería de la ESF, quienes en conjunto potencian la búsqueda de su plena ciudadanía.Mesmo no mundo globalizado, em que as comunicações dão-se praticamente em todas as classes sociais e faixas etárias, a mídia aponta que população infanto-juvenil persiste desassistida em suas demandas sanitárias. Tem-se, como objetivo de estudo, a Educação Permanente, enquanto diretriz politico-pedagógica, dos profissionais de Enfermagem n0 uso de games, espera-se contribuir para o desenvolvimento das atividades relacionadas aos adolescentes no Programa Saúde na Escola (PSE). Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e exploratório, de natureza qualitativa, do tipo pesquisa-ação. A coleta de dados aconteceu por meio de um questionário semi-estruturado aplicado pela autora, de observação participante com uso do diário de campo. As ações educativas ocorreram em distintos espaços sociais públicos abrangidos pelas unidades de saúde, além das próprias unidades de saúde, especialmente em escola do entorno da Clínica de Saúde da Família. Os participantes foram Enfermeiros, Técnicos em Enfermagem e estudantes do último ano do curso de graduação em Enfermagem que trabalharam ou fizeram estágio na Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) .
