Resumo: | This reseach aims to understand the contributions of the Pibid Program [in English, Institutional Program of Initiation to Teaching Scholarship] to Initiation to Teaching former scholars in the Pedagogy Course of IFC [Federal Institution Catarinense], in the city of Camboriu. It is a qualitative investigation of analitical-discriptive and interpretative type, with content analysis features. We used the focus group technique for data collection. Seven former scholars of the IFC Pedagogy Course participated in the focus group, through which there was a reflective moment about their experiences along the Program. The Pibid Program contributed in the sense of confronting reductionist and fragmented pedagogical practices along the journey of the former students in the Program, giving place to professional insertion situations, articulations between theory and practice, research practices as an educational and scientific principle, interdisciplinary practices, possibilities of “being a teacher”, improvement of leraning processes of the students inside the field-school, leading to experiences of authorship, autonomy and innovative knowledge production. |

Esta investigación es de naturaleza cualitativa de tipo analítico descriptiva e interpretativa, con características de análisis de contenido. Utilizamos la técnica de grupo focal para colectar los datos. Participaron en el grupo focal siete exbecarios de iniciación a la docencia del Pibid del curso de Licenciatura del IFC del campus Camboriú, en el que se posibilitó un momento de discusión reflexiva sobre las experiencias en las trayectorias del Programa. El Pibid contribuyó en el sentido de enfrentar practicas pedagógicas reduccionistas y fragmentadas en los procesos formativos, oportunizando situaciones de inserción profesional, articulación teorica y practica, practicas de investigación como principios educativos y científicos, practicas interdisciplinares, posibilidades de “ser profesor(a)”, mejoría de los procesos de enseñanza a los alunos de las escuelas de campo, provocando experiencias de auditoria, autonomía y producción de conocimiento innovador.A pesquisa tem como objetivo compreender quais as contribuições do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência – Pibid na formação inicial de ex-bolsistas de iniciação à docência do Curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia do Instituto Federal Catarinense – IFC Campus Camboriú. Trata-se de uma investigação de natureza qualitativa do tipo analítico-descritiva e interpretativa, com características de análise de conteúdo. Utilizamos a técnica do grupo focal para a coleta dos dados. Participaram do grupo focal sete ex-bolsistas de iniciação à docência do curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia do IFC Campus Camboriú, em que foi possibilitado um momento de discussão reflexiva sobre as experiências nas trajetórias no Programa.
