Resumo: This study aims to understand the evaluation process of the National Student Performance Test (ENADE) in the context of developing skills in vocational training in higher education. It is a proposed reflection that relates the evaluation process of higher education, ENADE in relation to the formation of skills and abilities through the four pillars of education proposed by Delors. The understanding of ENADE as a transforming evaluative instrument in contemporary school, as well as the challenges in the construction of competences in higher education and the need of integration between the processes of evaluation and construction of competences from the four pillars of education are related to this text. Based on the proposed reflection, it is considered that the training of competences brought by Perrenoud together with the proposal of the four pillars of education of the XXI century written by Delors form the basis of the contemporary citizen society, inferring the need for evaluative methods to higher education, in the if the ENADE.

Se trata de una reflexión propuesta donde se relaciona el proceso de evaluación de la enseñanza superior, ENADE en relación a la formación de competencias y habilidades a través de los cuatro pilares de la educación propuestos por Delors. La comprensión del ENADE como instrumento de evaluación transformadora en la escuela contemporánea, así como los desafíos en la construcción de competencias en la enseñanza superior y la necesidad de integración entre los procesos de evaluación y construcción de competencias a partir de los cuatro pilares de la educación versan este texto. Con base en la reflexión propuesta se considera que la formación de competencias traída por Perrenoud junto con la propuesta de los cuatro pilares de la educación del siglo XXI redactados por Delors forman la base de la sociedad contemporánea ciudadana, inferiendo la necesidad de métodos de evaluación de la enseñanza superior, si el ENADE.Por meio deste estudo objetiva-se compreender o processo avaliativo do Exame Nacional de Desempenho dos Estudantes (ENADE) no contexto de desenvolvimento de competências na formação profissional do ensino superior. Trata-se de uma reflexão proposta onde se relaciona o processo avaliativo do ensino superior, ENADE em relação à formação de competências e habilidades por meio dos quatro pilares da educação propostos por Delors. A compreensão do ENADE enquanto instrumento avaliativo transformador na escola contemporânea, bem como os desafios na construção de competências no ensino superior e a necessidade de integração entre os processos de avaliação e construção de competências a partir dos quatro pilares da educação versam este texto.
