Evaluation of noise levels in urban collective transportation bus terminals

Resumo: In this article, the objective is to measure and evaluate noise levels at three public transport terminals on the Anhanguera axis line, in the city of Goiânia, Goiás, namely: the Padre Pelágio terminal, Praça A and Praça da Bíblia based on the values established by the Brazilian Standard NBR 10151/2019. Measurements were performed using two types of decibelimeters, between the months of August and November 2017, in the morning and afternoon, totaling three days a week for each terminal. The noise levels measured at the terminals were higher than the limits established by NBR 10151/2019, presenting values above 60 dB (A). It is concluded, therefore, that the noise levels detected in these terminals, averaging over 80 dB (A), can negatively influence the health of the people who work, circulate or use this public equipment and that, depending on the exposure time, can lead to public health problems.

Las mediciones se realizaron utilizando dos tipos de decibelímetros, entre los meses de agosto y noviembre de 2017, en horario de mañana y tarde, totalizando tres días a la semana para cada terminal. Los niveles de ruido medidos en los terminales fueron superiores a los límites establecidos por la NBR 10151 / 2019, presentando valores superiores a 60 dB (A). Se concluye, por tanto, que los niveles de ruido detectados en estos terminales, en promedio por encima de 80 dB (A), pueden influir negativamente en la salud de las personas que trabajan, circulan o utilizan este equipamiento público y que, según el tiempo de exposición, puede provocar problemas de salud pública.Nesse artigo, objetiva-se medir e avaliar os níveis de ruído em três terminais de transporte público da linha do eixo Anhanguera, na cidade de Goiânia, Goiás, sendo eles: o terminal Padre Pelágio, Praça A e Praça da Bíblia com base nos valores estabelecidos pela Norma Brasileira NBR 10.151/2019. As medições foram realizadas utilizando dois tipos de decibelímetros, entre os meses de agosto e novembro de 2017, no período matutino e vespertino, totalizando três dias da semana para cada terminal. Os níveis de ruídos medidos nos terminais foram superiores aos limites estabelecidos pela NBR 10.151/2019, apresentando valores superiores a 60 dB (A).
