Resumo: This review sought to carry out a synthesis of the literature regarding the impacts of the use of technologies on sleep quality and on the learning process of high school students. A systematic literature review was carried out according to the Prisma protocol (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Which we used the PubMed, SciELO and Web of Science databases, including published observational studies published between the years 2014 and 2020, that assess the interference of the use of equipment on sleep quality and, consequently, do not meet the performance. There was no language limitation in the search. A total of 153 studies were found with the electronic search. Of these, only 4 met the inclusion criteria Multiple studies are electronic factors that the use of social equipment, or entertainment through access to games, has had an impact on the lives of adolescents. social media, has interfered with sleep quality, being one of the factors associated with a reduction in school performance of teaching students.

Se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura según el protocolo Prisma (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta Analysis), en la que se utilizaron las bases de datos PubMed, SciELO y Web of Science, incluyendo estudios observacionales publicados entre los años 2014 y 2020, que buscó evaluar la interferencia del uso de equipos sobre la calidad del sueño y, consecuentemente, sobre el rendimiento académico. No hubo limitación de idioma en la búsqueda. Se encontró un total de 153 estudios con la búsqueda electrónica. De estos, solo 4 cumplieron los criterios de inclusión. Múltiples estudios han demostrado que el uso de equipos electrónicos en la cama, ya sea para acceder a redes sociales o entretenimiento a través de juegos, ha sido un factor de impacto en la vida de los adolescentes. Ante esto, encontramos que el uso excesivo de recursos tecnológicos antes de dormir, especialmente en lo que se refiere al uso de redes sociales, ha interferido en la calidad del sueño, siendo uno de los factores asociados a la reducción del rendimiento escolar de los estudiantes de secundaria.Esta revisão buscou realizar uma síntese da literatura a respeito dos impactos do uso de tecnologias na qualidade do sono e no processo de aprendizagem dos alunos do ensino médio. Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática de literatura elaborada conforme o protocolo Prisma (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta Analyses), na qual utilizamos as bases de dados PubMed, SciELO e Web of Science, foram incluídos estudos publicados do tipo observacional publicados entre os anos de 2014 e 2020, que buscavam avaliar a interferência do uso de equipamentos na qualidade do sono e, consequentemente, no desempenho acadêmico. Não houve limitação de idiomas na busca. Foi encontrado um total de 153 estudos com a busca eletrônica. Destes, apenas 4 atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. Estudos Múltiplos demonstraram que o uso de equipamentos eletrônicos no leito seja para acesso às redes sociais, ou entretenimento por meios dos jogos, tem sido um fator impactante na vida dos adolescentes.
