Resumo: The present work aims to analyze the challenges of diversity in intercultural contexts related to the experiences of black women and men in management positions in the Sertão Central of Pernambuco. The study aims to understand the processes of inclusion and exclusion under the focus of gender and race in professional business management activities, whether in the public or private spheres. Thus, evaluating the impacts of structural racism directed at the raciality of black employees, intersecting gender issues, empirically investigating the subjective view of employees related to the process of inclusion and career advancement and describing, in a quantitative way, the others processes and challenges of interculturality and the absence of diversity in the field of public-private management. The findings of the study reveal that the problems of raciality and gender are obstacles and challenges experienced in daily life by black women and men employees and that need to be faced, seeking to consolidate a culture that is more inclusive of diversity.

El estudio tiene como objetivo comprender los procesos de inclusión y exclusión bajo el enfoque de género y raza en las actividades profesionales de gestión empresarial, ya sea en el ámbito público o privado. Así, evaluando los impactos del racismo estructural dirigido a la racialidade de los empleados negros, interceptando cuestiones de género, investigando empíricamente la visión subjetiva de los empleados relacionada con el proceso de inclusión y avance profesional y describiendo, de forma cuantitativa, los demás procesos y desafíos de la interculturalidad y la ausencia de diversidad en el ámbito de la gestión público-privada. Los hallazgos del estudio revelan que los problemas de raza y género son obstáculos y desafíos vividos en el cotidiano de los trabajadores negros y que es necesario enfrentar, buscando consolidar una cultura más inclusiva de la diversidad.O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os desafios da diversidade em contextos da interculturalidade relacionado as vivências de mulheres e homens negros em cargos de Gestão no Sertão Central Pernambucano. O estudo objetiva compreender os processos de inclusão e de exclusão sob o foco do gênero e da raça nas atividades profissionais de gestão de empresas, seja na esfera pública, quanto na privada. Avaliando assim, os impactos do racismo estrutural direcionado a racialidade de colaboradores negr(a)os, interseccionando as problemáticas de gênero, investigando empiricamente a visão subjetiva dos colaboradores relacionada ao processo de inclusão e ascensão de carreira e descrevendo, de forma quantitativa, os demais processos e desafios da interculturalidade e da ausência da diversidade na seara da gestão público-privada.
