Resumo: The purpose of this article is to show a mountain of people who are allergic and intolerant. Reactive foods that cause allergies in the Belém metropolitan area during the 2020-2022 period. The research was conducted through a cross-sectional study for G-Suite's online electronic form for social media education and propagation. All participants are over the age of 18 and have signed the Free and Informed Consent Form (ECIF). It interviewed 390 people from Belém. They are female, brownish in colour, simple, and with an elevated formation. The prevalence food to 180 people is lactose, shrimp, milk, shellfish, seafood, pork, eggs, artificial colors, gluten, pineapple, fish, cocoa, peanuts, preservatives, crab, coconut, orange, tree nuts, chocolate, melon, almonds, passion fruit, popcorn, pupunha, artificial condiments, English sauce, shoyu, ketchup, mayonnaise, sardines, other canned food, watermelon, banana, cheese, sprinkles, cupuaçu, guava.  So the research has been important, on the other hand, it is now needed for people who have not been surveyed at more databases.

Alimentos reactivos que causan alergias en el área metropolitana de Belém durante el período 2020-2022. La investigación se llevó a cabo a través de un estudio transversal para el formulario electrónico en línea de G-Suite para la educación y la propagación de los medios de comunicación social. Todos los participantes son mayores de 18 años y han firmado el Formulario de Consentimiento Libre e Informado (ECIF). Entrevistó a 390 personas de Belém. Son mujeres, de color pardo, sencillas y con una formación elevada. Los alimentos que prevalecen a 180 personas son las gambas, lactosa, camarones, leche, mariscos, carne de cerdo, huevos, colorantes artificiales, gluten, piña, pescado, cacao, cacahuetes, conservantes, cangrejo, coco, naranja, frutos secos, chocolate, melón, almendras, fruta de la pasión, palomitas de maíz, pupunha, condimentos artificiales, salsa inglesa, shoyu, ketchup, mayonesa, sardinas, otras conservas, sandía, plátano, queso, sprinkles, cupuaçu, guayaba. La investigación ha sido importante, por otra parte, ahora es necesario para las personas que no han sido encuestados en más bases de datos.Este artigo tem o objetivo de mostrar o dimensionamento quantitativo de pessoas com alergia e intolerância alimentar e os alimentos que frequentemente causam reações alérgicas na região metropolitana de Belém no período de 2020 a 2022. A pesquisa foi feita com base no estudo transversal por formulário eletrônico aplicado pela plataforma G-Suite for Education, e propagado por redes sociais de amplo uso da população. Participaram da pesquisa voluntários maiores de 18 anos que assinaram o Termo de Compromisso Livre e Esclarecido (TCLE). Foram entrevistados 390 moradores da região metropolitana de Belém. A maior parte era do gênero feminino, pardo, solteiro, com ensino superior. Os alimentos mais prevalentes foram relatados por 180 pessoas, sendo eles: lactose, camarão, leite, mariscos, frutos do mar, porco, ovos, corantes artificiais, glúten, abacaxi, peixe, cacau, amendoim, conservantes, caranguejo, coco, laranja, castanhas, chocolate, melão, amêndoas, maracujá, pipoca, pupunha, condimentos artificiais, molho inglês, shoyu, ketchup, maionese, sardinha, outros enlatados, melancia, banana, queijo, polvilho, cupuaçu, goiaba.
