Teaching challenges in the literacy process of students with special educational needs

Resumo: Starting from the idea that the literacy process is characterized by the appropriation and social use of instruments necessary to meet the social needs of the subject, it is defined as an objective for this investigation to identify, according to the perspectives of teachers, the challenges that are manifested in the literacy process of students with Special Educational Needs. In order to follow the investigative path, we opted for the use of field research, of an exploratory nature with quantitative and qualitative treatment of the results, also using the hypothetical-deductive method by which it was possible to identify the teaching challenges with a group of active teachers in public and private schools in the municipality of Santana / AP that teach students with Educational Needs. We also used the data collection technique known as the Focus Group for the wealth of information that emerged and supported the data analysis. The results obtained showed that the main challenges faced by teachers in the literacy process of special students is the absence of specific technical training to serve this group of students and the significant lack of support from families in their commitment and collaboration with their children's educational development. , assigning responsibility for this process to teachers and the school.

Para seguir el camino de la investigación, optamos por el uso de la investigación de campo, de naturaleza exploratoria, con tratamiento cuantitativo y cualitativo de los resultados, utilizando también el método hipotético-deductivo por el cual fue posible identificar los desafíos de la enseñanza con un grupo de docentes activos. En escuelas públicas y privadas en el Municipio de Santana / AP que enseñan a estudiantes con necesidades educativas. También utilizamos la técnica de recopilación de datos conocida como Grupo de enfoque para la gran cantidad de información que surgió y apoyó el análisis de datos. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que los principales desafíos que enfrentan los maestros en el proceso de alfabetización de estudiantes especiales es la ausencia de capacitación técnica específica para atender a este grupo de estudiantes y la falta significativa de apoyo de las familias en su compromiso y colaboración con el desarrollo educativo de sus hijos. , asignando la responsabilidad de este proceso a los maestros y la escuela.Partindo da ideia de que o processo de alfabetização se caracteriza pela apropriação e uso social de instrumentos necessários para atender as necessidades sociais do sujeito é que se define enquanto objetivo para esta investigação identificar de acordo com as perspectivas de professores quais os desafios que se manifestam no processo de alfabetização de alunos com Necessidades Educacionais Especiais. Para percorrer o caminho investigativo optou-se pelo uso da pesquisa de campo, de caráter exploratório com tratamento quantitativo e qualitativo dos resultados, fazendo uso também do método hipotético-dedutivo pelo qual foi possível identificar os desafios da docência junto a um grupo de professores atuantes em escolas públicas e privadas do município de Santana/AP que alfabetizam alunos com Necessidades Educacionais. Utilizou-se também da técnica de coleta de dados conhecida como Grupo Focal pela riqueza de informações que emergiram e subsidiaram a análise dos dados.
