Resumo: This work is part of a doctoral thesis and aims to present the theme Creative Insubordination, the paths followed since its genesis, as well as the terms Responsible Subversion and Positive Deviance that allude to the idea of ​​insubordinately creative actions. It is a research with a qualitative approach and regarding the technical procedures it fits as a bibliographic research. Thus, the next topic is divided into four subtopics which are: Creative Insubordination, responsible subversion, positive deviation and creative insubordination in the Brazilian context of Mathematics Education. It was found that the term creative insubordination was used in the late 1970s and early 1980s in the field of Ethnography, but it was Rochelle Gutierrez, an American educator, who was the first to use the concept of creative insubordination in the field of Education Math. In Brazil, educators Beatriz Silva D'Ambrosio and Celi Espasandin Lopes were the first to study and disseminate this term in the Brazilian context and associate it as a synonym for responsible subversion both in the practice of teachers and researchers. term the concepts of ethics, solidarity and social justice.

Es una investigación con enfoque cualitativo y en cuanto a los procedimientos técnicos se enmarca como investigación bibliográfica. Así, el siguiente tema se divide en cuatro subtemas que son: Insubordinación creativa, subversión responsable, desviación positiva e insubordinación creativa en el contexto brasileño de la Educación Matemática. Se encontró que el término insubordinación creativa se usó a fines de la década de 1970 y principios de la de 1980 en el campo de la etnografía, pero fue Rochelle Gutiérrez, una educadora estadounidense, quien fue la primera en usar el concepto de insubordinación creativa en el campo de la educación matemática. En Brasil, las educadoras Beatriz Silva D'Ambrosio y Celi Espasandin Lopes fueron las primeras en estudiar y difundir este término en el contexto brasileño y asociarlo como sinónimo de subversión responsable tanto en la práctica de profesores como de investigadores. solidaridad y justicia social.O presente trabalho é parte de uma tese de doutorado e tem por objetivo apresentar a temática Insubordinação Criativa, os caminhos percorridos desde sua gênese bem como os termos Subversão Responsável e Desvio Positivo que fazem alusão a ideia de ações insubordinadamente criativas. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa e quanto aos procedimentos técnicos enquadra-se como sendo uma pesquisa bibliográfica. Dessa forma, o tópico de resultados divide-se em quatro subtópicos que são: Insubordinação Criativa, subversão responsável, desvio positivo e insubordinação criativa no contexto brasileiro de Educação Matemática. Constatou-se que o termo insubordinação criativa foi empregado no final da década de 1970 e início de 1980, no campo da Etnografia, mas foi Rochelle Gutierrez, uma educadora norte-americana, a primeira a utilizar o conceito de insubordinação criativa no campo da Educação Matemática.
