School adolescents and the health in school program: An integrative review

Resumo: | This research focused on knowing the importance of the actions promoted by the (School Health Program) PSE from the perspective of adolescents, in the light of the literature. Therefore, the research is characterized by an integrative literature review with a qualitative approach. The results showed that topics such as sexuality, anthropometric assessment and the participation of nurses were positive findings according to the adolescents, while the other topics proposed in the PSE guidelines were not evident as health policies related to the environment and combating violence . It is concluded that the school is a place conducive to access for adolescents. Actions aimed at health promotion and disease prevention could become even more joint and continuous through the partnership between health professionals, teachers and the family in order to contribute to the change of behavior among adolescents, thus collaborating for the your health and quality of life. It is expected that the theme presented will provide questions for future research that will contribute to the health of adolescents in the school environment. |

Por lo tanto, la investigación se caracteriza por una revisión integrativa de la literatura con un enfoque cualitativo. Los resultados mostraron que temas como la sexualidad, la evaluación antropométrica y la participación de los enfermeros fueron hallazgos positivos según los adolescentes, mientras que los demás temas propuestos en las directrices del PSE no se evidenciaron como políticas de salud relacionadas con el medio ambiente y el combate a la violencia. Se concluye que la escuela es un lugar propicio para el acceso de los adolescentes. Las acciones dirigidas a la promoción de la salud y la prevención de enfermedades pueden ser aún más conjuntas y continuas a través de la alianza entre profesionales de la salud, docentes y la familia para contribuir al cambio de comportamiento de los adolescentes, colaborando así para su salud y calidad de vida. Se espera que el tema presentado proporcione interrogantes para futuras investigaciones que contribuyan a la salud de los adolescentes en el ambiente escolar.Esta pesquisa teve como foco de investigação conhecer a importância das ações promovidas pelo (Programa de Saúde na Escola) PSE sob a ótica de adolescentes, à luz da literatura. Para tanto, a pesquisa caracteriza-se por uma revisão de literatura do tipo integrativa com abordagem qualitativa. Os resultados evidenciaram que temas como sexualidade, avaliação antropométrica e a participação do enfermeiro foram achados positivos segundo os adolescentes, enquanto que, os demais temas propostos nas diretrizes do PSE não estiveram evidentes como as políticas de saúde relacionadas sobre o meio ambiente e combate à violência. Conclui-se que a escola é um local propício de acesso aos adolescentes. As ações voltadas à promoção de saúde e prevenção de doença poderia vir a ser ainda mais conjunta e contínua por meio da parceria entre profissionais de saúde, professores e a família com o intuito de contribuir para a mudança de comportamento entre aos adolescentes colaborando assim para a sua saúde e qualidade de vida.
