Impacts of social isolation caused by Covid-19 on families' daily lives

Resumo: This research aims to analyze the impacts of Social Isolation caused by the Covid-19 on the daily lives of families. The survey was conducted using 15 questions that were answered through the google forms application, the link was made available via WhatsApp in different groups of workers, to access the questionnaire it was necessary to authorize the survey in agreement with the Informed Consent Form. The questionnaire was available to be accessed for four days, the answers were compiled, analyzed and the results were evaluated with descriptive statistics. The majority of respondents are aged between 31 and 40 years old (45%), followed by people aged 41 to 50 years old (25%), the age group 51 to 60 (14%) and from 20 to 30 (11%). 66% of the people who participated in the survey were women and 34% men. The families were mostly made up of two working people, making up 45% of the total, it was observed that only 16% of families are supported exclusively by men while 20% of families are supported exclusively by women. Of the participants 84% stayed in home office more than 60 days during the pandemic. 80% agree with social isolation. 31% said they faced conflicts that already existed or that arose after the pandemic. Solidarity (50%) and fear (38%) were the most cited feelings. Regardless of the type of feelings, most participants express their feelings during the pandemic period and stated that they mostly agree with social isolation.

La encuesta se llevó a cabo utilizando 15 preguntas que fueron respondidas a través de la solicitud de formularios de Google, el enlace se puso a disposición a través de WhatsApp en diferentes grupos de trabajadores, para acceder al cuestionario que era necesario autorizar la encuesta de acuerdo con el Formulario de Consentimiento Informado. El cuestionario estaba disponible para ser accedido durante cuatro días, las respuestas fueron compiladas, analizadas y los resultados fueron evaluados con estadísticas descriptivas. La mayoría de los encuestados tiene entre 31 y 40 años (45%), seguido de las personas de 41 a 50 años (25%), el grupo de edad de 51 a 60 años (14%) y de 20 a 30 (11%).El 66% de las personas que participaron en la encuesta eran mujeres y el 34% hombres. Las familias estaban compuestas en su mayoría por dos trabajadores, que representaron el 45% del total, se observó que sólo el 16% de las familias reciben el apoyo exclusivo de los hombres, mientras que el 20% de las familias reciben el apoyo exclusivo de las mujeres. De los participantes, el 84% permaneció en la oficina en casa más de 60 días durante la pandemia. El 80% está de acuerdo con el aislamiento social. El 31% dijo que se enfrentaba a conflictos que ya existían o que surgieron después de la pandemia. Solidaridad (50%) y el miedo (38%) eran los sentimientos más citados. Independientemente del tipo de sentimientos, la mayoría de los participantes expresan sus sentimientos durante el período de pandemia y declararon que en su mayoría están de acuerdo con el aislamiento social.Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo, analisar os impactos do Isolamento Social ocasionado pela Covid-19 no cotidiano das famílias. A pesquisa foi realizada utilizando 15 questões que foram respondidas por meio do aplicativo google forms, o link foi disponibilizado via WhatsApp em diferentes grupos de trabalhadores, para acessar o questionário foi necessário autorizar a pesquisa concordando com o Termo de Consentimento Livre Esclarecido. O questionário ficou disponível para ser acessado por quatro dias, as respostas foram compiladas, analisadas e os resultados foram avaliados com estatística descritiva. A maioria dos respondentes estão na faixa etária entre 31 a 40 anos (45%), seguidos por pessoas de 41 a 50 anos (25%), a faixa etária de 51 a 60 (14%) e de 20 a 30 (11%). 66% das pessoas que participaram da pesquisa foram mulheres e 34% homens. As famílias foram constituídas em sua maioria por duas pessoas que trabalham, perfazendo 45% do total, foi observado que apenas 16% das famílias é sustentada exclusivamente por homens enquanto 20% das famílias é sustentada exclusivamente por mulheres. Dos participantes 84% ficaram em home office mais de 60 dias durante a pandemia. 80% concorda com o isolamento social. 31% afirmaram enfrentar conflitos que já existiam ou que surgiram depois da pandemia.
