Resumo: | School practice involves all the confrontations of the society in which the school is inserted. Everything that is present in society reflects in the school, such as racism, homophobia, multiculturalism, social difference and others, which, in turn, leads us to aim for a resignification of education and school, in a bias of going beyond the reflection of social issues, seeking a greater inclusion of diversities in the school agenda. This paper aims to address school practice with a focus on ethnic-racial differences and gender diversity. From a bibliographic research, of exploratory nature, the theme is worked on the perspective that the integrated and humanized school can be the way for these challenges to be seen as student growth in overcoming them and promoting a more just and egalitarian society. The vision of being human is that of a singular subject, who permanently self-constructs, thinks and acts with ethical options and values, thus building possibilities for a better and quality life. |

Todo lo que está presente en la sociedad se refleja en la escuela, como el racismo, la homofobia, la multiculturalidad, la diferencia social y otros, lo que, a su vez, nos lleva a aspirar a una resignificación de la educación y la escuela, en un sesgo de ir más allá de la reflexión de los temas sociales, buscando una mayor inclusión de las diversidades en la agenda escolar. Este documento tiene como objetivo abordar la práctica escolar con un enfoque en las diferencias étnico-raciales y la diversidad de género. A partir de una investigación bibliográfica, de carácter exploratorio, se trabaja la temática sobre la perspectiva de que la escuela integrada y humanizada puede ser el camino para que estos retos sean vistos como crecimiento estudiantil en superarlos y promover una sociedad más justa e igualitaria. La visión del ser humano es la de un sujeto singular, que permanentemente se autoconstruye, piensa y actúa con opciones y valores éticos, construyendo así posibilidades para una vida mejor y de calidad.A prática escolar envolve todos os enfrentamentos da sociedade em que a escola está inserida. Tudo que está presente na sociedade reflete na escola, como o racismo, homofobia, multiculturalismo, diferença social e outros, que, por sua vez, leva-nos a almejar uma ressignificação da educação e da escola, em um viés de ir além do reflexo das questões sociais, buscando uma maior inclusão das diversidades na agenda escolar. Este trabalho visa abordar a prática escolar com foco nas diferenças étnicas-raciais e na diversidade de gênero. A partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, de cunho exploratório, a temática é trabalhada na perspectiva de que a escola integrada e humanizada possa ser o caminho para que esses desafios sejam vistos como crescimento do discente na superação dos mesmos e na promoção de uma sociedade mais justa e igualitária.
