History of vocational education in Brasil and its relationship with the work principle

Resumo: This article seeks to present important points about the history of Vocational Education in Brazil, as well as a succinct but necessary approach to work as an educational principle. As a methodology, we used bibliographic and documental research (Gil, 2010). Initially, we will present the most important points about the emergence and consolidation of Brazilian Vocational Education, having as a time frame normative created and structures of professional education implemented over several years, from the beginning of the 19th century to the present day. Therefore, we will analyze the concept of work-related professional education as an educational principle. For this to be possible, we will approach this principle related to the concept of work, in a historical and ontological perspective, all this being part of a unit of conception of work. Furthermore, we will study the educational principle of work, emerging concepts and debating the dichotomy between fact (obviousness of the object of work) and principle (work as a human element that allows it to transform nature to meet its needs). In this analytical outline, we seek to understand work as an educational principle in a perspective that composes the fundamental conceptions of professional education, considering it as the essence of life and human formation and as an essential element for its self-recognition as a founding part of a social construction, cultural and collective.

Se utilizó como metodología la investigación bibliográfica y documental (Gil, 2010). Inicialmente, presentaremos los puntos más importantes sobre el surgimiento y consolidación de la Educación Profesional brasileña, teniendo como marco temporal la creación normativa y las estructuras de formación profesional implementadas a lo largo de varios años, desde principios del siglo XIX hasta la actualidad. Por ello, analizaremos el concepto de formación profesional relacionada con el trabajo como principio educativo. Para que esto sea posible, abordaremos este principio relacionado con el concepto de trabajo, en una perspectiva histórica y ontológica, siendo todo esto parte de una unidad de concepción del trabajo. Además, estudiaremos el principio educativo del trabajo, emergiendo conceptos y debatiendo la dicotomía entre hecho (evidencia del objeto del trabajo) y principio (el trabajo como elemento humano que le permite transformar la naturaleza para satisfacer sus necesidades). En este esbozo analítico, buscamos comprender el trabajo como principio educativo en una perspectiva que compone las concepciones fundamentales de la educación profesional, considerándolo como esencia de la vida y de la formación humana y como elemento esencial para su autorreconocimiento como parte fundante. de una construcción social, cultural y colectiva.O presente artigo busca apresentar pontos importantes sobre a história da Educação Profissional no Brasil, assim como uma abordagem sucinta, mas necessária, sobre o trabalho como princípio educativo. Como metodologia, utilizamos a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental (Gil, 2010). Inicialmente, apresentaremos os pontos mais importantes sobre o surgimento e a consolidação da Educação Profissional brasileira, tendo como marco temporal normativas criadas e estruturas de educação profissional implantadas ao longo de diversos anos, desde o início do século XIX até os dias atuais. Por conseguinte, faremos uma análise da concepção de educação profissional relacionada ao trabalho como princípio educativo. Para que isso seja possível, abordaremos sobre este princípio relacionado ao conceito de trabalho, numa perspectiva histórica e ontológica, tudo isso fazendo parte de uma unidade de concepção do trabalho. Ainda, estudaremos sobre o princípio educativo do trabalho, emergindo conceitos e debatendo a dicotomia entre fato (obviedade do objeto do trabalho) e princípio (o trabalho como elemento humano que o permite transformar a natureza para atender as suas necessidades).
