Analysis of student learning difficulties of first high school series from a state school

Resumo: This paper aims to analyze the learning difficulties of the students of the 1st grade of a high school of a state school in the city of Maranguape, Ceará State, Brazil. It addresses the pedagogical procedures of this school, which currently aim to overcome or at least minimize learning difficulties, especially in the subjects of Mathematics and Portuguese Language. A field research was used for the analysis of this problem, taking as reference the qualitative research, using the questionnaire technique conducted with 04 (four) students target audience of the analyzed series, and interview with 04 (four) teachers in the school year. of 2019 and a bibliographical investigation, with support in Piaget (1985), Vygotsky (1991), Wallon (1975), Goméz & Terán (2009), among others, in institutional documents. The results indicate that the learning difficulties observed are reflective of attention deficit, hyperactivity, lack of stimulation of the school environment and also low academic performance of students in previous grades of elementary school, causing failure in high school. Unanimously, the teachers interviewed consider the lack of continuing education as an obstacle to the improvement of their practices that need to be updated and reformulated so that they can conduct their work more specifically, considering the peculiarities of each student's development, in order to rescue interest, willingness and motivation in their school activities. We conclude that it is evident the learning difficulties in the first grade of high school and that strategies and pedagogical interventions are necessary to minimize this problem in the researched environment.

Aborda los procedimientos pedagógicos de esta escuela, que actualmente apuntan a superar o al menos minimizar las dificultades de aprendizaje, especialmente en las asignaturas de Matemáticas y Lengua Portuguesa. Se utilizó una investigación de campo para el análisis de este problema, tomando como referencia la investigación cualitativa, utilizando la técnica del cuestionario realizada con 04 (cuatro) estudiantes de audiencia objetivo de la serie analizada, y entrevista con 04 (cuatro) maestros en el año escolar. de 2019 y una investigación bibliográfica, con apoyo en Piaget (1985), Vygotsky (1991), Wallon (1975), Goméz y Terán (2009), entre otros, en documentos institucionales. Los resultados indican que las dificultades de aprendizaje observadas reflejan el déficit de atención, la hiperactividad, la falta de estimulación del entorno escolar y también el bajo rendimiento académico de los estudiantes en los grados anteriores de la escuela primaria, lo que provoca el fracaso en la escuela secundaria. Por unanimidad, los maestros entrevistados consideran la falta de educación continua como un obstáculo para la mejora de sus prácticas que necesitan ser actualizadas y reformuladas para que puedan llevar a cabo su trabajo más específicamente, teniendo en cuenta las peculiaridades del desarrollo de cada estudiante, para rescatar interés, disposición y motivación en sus actividades escolares. Concluimos que es evidente las dificultades de aprendizaje en el primer grado de la escuela secundaria y que las estrategias e intervenciones pedagógicas son necesarias para minimizar este problema en el entorno investigado.O trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar as dificuldades de aprendizagem dos alunos da 1ª série do Ensino Médio de uma escola estadual no município de Maranguape, no Estado do Ceará, Brasil. Aborda os procedimentos pedagógicos dessa escola, na atualidade, que visam a superar, ou pelo menos, minimizar as dificuldades de aprendizagem, em especial nas disciplinas de Matemática e Língua Portuguesa. Utilizou-se uma pesquisa de campo para a análise dessa problemática, tomando como referência a pesquisa qualitativa, utilizando a técnica do questionário realizado com 04 (quatro) discentes público-alvo da série analisada, e entrevista com 04 (quatro) professores no ano letivo de 2019 e uma investigação bibliográfica, com arrimo em Piaget (1985), Vygotsky (1991),Wallon (1975), Goméz & Terán (2009), dentre outros, em documentos institucionais. Os resultados apontam que as dificuldades de aprendizagem observadas são reflexos de déficit de atenção, hiperatividade, falta de estímulo do ambiente escolar e também baixo rendimento acadêmico dos alunos nas séries anteriores do ensino fundamental, causando insucesso no ensino médio. De forma unânime, os docentes entrevistados consideram a falta de formação continuada um entrave à melhoria de suas práticas que precisam ser atualizadas e reformuladas para que possam conduzir de forma mais específica seu trabalho, considerando as peculiaridades do desenvolvimento de cada aluno, no sentido de resgatar-lhes o interesse, a disposição e a motivação em suas atividades escolares.
