The learning theories’ knowledge applied in the performance of distance tutor

Resumo: This study aimed to identify the most influential theory of learning related to the practice of mentoring from behaviorism, cognitivism, humanism, the sociocultural theory and connectivism, and apply the most appropriate theories to solve common problems in distance education. For this purpose, we used the literature method. It was noted that each of the theories end up being influential to the role of tutor. Therefore, the learning tends to be richer in the ratio and effective to apply different theories together. However, that support better substantiating tutor's role is humanism, the sociocultural theory and connectivism. It was noticed that the problems often experienced by students in distance education are due to failures tutor interaction and affection, implying to resolve them closer tutor with the student to have more responsibility in the exchange of information, meeting deadlines and clarity in the disclosure notes assessments. Knowledge are mainly from humanism and sociocultural theory that end up not only reasons for existence of the tutor as serving to improve the development of the quality of tutor-student interaction.

Para ello, se utilizó el método bibliográfico. Se notó que cada una de las teorías acaba siendo influyente para la función del tutor. Por lo tanto, el aprendizaje tiende a ser más rico y efectivo en la proporción que se aplican diferentes teorías juntas. Sin embargo, las que corroboran mejor fundamentando el papel del tutor son el humanismo, la teoría sociocultural y el conectivismo. Se percibió que los problemas frecuentemente vividos por los alumnos en la EaD se deben a fallas de la interacción y afección del tutor, implicando para la resolución de ellos una mayor aproximación del tutor junto al alumno al tener mayor responsabilidad en el intercambio de informaciones, cumplimiento de plazos y claridad en la divulgación de notas de evaluación. Son conocimientos provenientes principalmente del humanismo y de la teoría sociocultural que acaban no sólo fundamentando la existencia del tutor como sirviendo para la mejora del desarrollo de la calidad de la interacción tutor-alumno.Este trabalho teve como objetivo identificar a teoria de aprendizagem mais influente relacionada à prática de tutoria dentre o behaviorismo, o cognitivismo, o humanismo, a teoria sociocultural e o conectivismo. Para este fim, utilizou-se o método bibliográfico. Notou-se que cada uma das teorias acaba sendo influente para a função do tutor. Portanto, o aprendizado tende a ser mais rico e efetivo na proporção que se aplicam diferentes teorias juntas. Contudo, as que corroboram melhor fundamentando o papel do tutor são o humanismo, a teoria sociocultural e o conectivismo. Percebeu-se que os problemas frequentemente vividos pelos alunos na EaD devem-se a falhas da interação e afeição do tutor, implicando para a resolução deles uma maior aproximação do tutor junto do aluno ao ter maior responsabilidade na troca de informações, cumprimento de prazos e clareza na divulgação de notas de avaliações.
