Precariousness of work in mobile emergency care service and worker health

Resumo: The objective of this study was to analyze the precariousness of work in the mobile emergency care service in the view of health workers and discuss the implications for the health of professionals. Qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research conducted with 18 workers (nurses, doctors and nursing technicians) of a mobile emergency care service in the city of Rio de Janeiro, in 2017. In data collection, we worked with the technique interview by means of a script and the registration of sociodemographic and occupational data a structured instrument. Applied to thematic content analysis to the testimonials. In the participants' view precarious work causes psychological distress due to the absence of labor rights provided for by law, the fear of unemployment and the absence of social protection. It is concluded that professionals who work only in the mobile emergency care service are more vulnerable to psychological distress in the face of fear of unemployment and lack of social protection. It is concluded that there is a need for workers' health support by the organization in view of the exposure of staff to occupational risks and job insecurity.

Investigación cualitativa, descriptiva y exploratoria realizada con 18 trabajadores (enfermeras, médicos y técnicos de enfermería) de un servicio móvil de atención de emergencia en la ciudad de Río de Janeiro, en 2017. En la recopilación de datos, trabajamos con la técnica entrevista mediante un guión y registro de datos sociodemográficos y ocupacionales en un instrumento estructurado. Aplicado la análisis de contenido temático a los testimonios. En opinión de los participantes, el trabajo precario causa angustia psicológica debido a la ausencia de derechos laborales previstos por la ley, el miedo al desempleo y la ausencia de protección social. Se concluye que existe una necesidad de apoyo de la salud de los trabajadores por parte de la organización en vista de la exposición del equipo a los riesgos laborales y la inseguridad laboral.Objetivou-se nesse estudo analisar a precarização do trabalho em serviço de atendimento móvel de urgência na visão dos trabalhadores da saúde e discutir as implicações para a saúde dos profissionais. Pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória realizada com 18 trabalhadores (enfermeiros, médicos e técnicos de enfermagem) de um serviço de atendimento móvel de urgência no município do Rio de Janeiro, em 2017. Na coleta dos dados, trabalhou-se com a técnica de entrevista mediante um roteiro e no registro dos dados sociodemográficos e ocupacionais um instrumento estruturado. Aplicada à análise de conteúdo temática aos depoimentos. Os resultados evidenciaram que na visão dos participantes o trabalho precário acarreta sofrimento psíquico devido à ausência de direitos trabalhistas previstos em lei, o medo do desemprego e a ausência de proteção social.
