Resumo: Objective: To identify the profile of nursing students from a private institution in Salvador located in the state of Bahia. Method: Quantitative research, developed through the umbrella project of scientific initiation of a Private Institution, entitled "Perception of nursing students on leadership in professional practice", approved by the ethics committee under opinion No. 4,532,794, held between from April to June 2021, whose focus was to analyze data from nursing undergraduates from a private institution in the fifth and tenth semester through the Google Forms platform. Results: 22 academics between the 5th and 10th semester contributed to this study, after analyzing the data, it was possible to identify the predominance of a female audience, black, with an average age between 21 and 30 years, most of them called themselves black race/color, heterosexual and single with income between 1 and 3 minimum wages. Conclusion: The study shows a predominance of females, aged between 21 and 30 years, young, single, heterosexual, who call themselves black, with family income between 1 and 3 minimum wages. It is noteworthy that the study characterizes the profile of students from a private institution, making it possible to map and outline effective strategies that meet the demands and needs of its public.

Método: Investigación cuantitativa, desarrollada a través del proyecto paraguas de iniciación científica de una Institución Privada, titulado “Percepción de los estudiantes de enfermería sobre el liderazgo en la práctica profesional”, aprobado por el comité de ética bajo dictamen N° 4.532.794, realizado entre abril y junio de 2021, cuyo enfoque fue analizar datos de estudiantes de pregrado en enfermería de una institución privada de quinto y décimo semestre a través de la plataforma Google Forms. Resultados: 22 académicos entre el 5° y 10° semestre contribuyeron a este estudio, luego del análisis de los datos, se pudo identificar el predominio de un público femenino, de raza negra, con una edad promedio entre 21 y 30 años, la mayoría se autodenominaba negra. raza/color, heterosexual y soltero con ingresos entre 1 y 3 salarios mínimos. Conclusión: El estudio muestra un predominio del sexo femenino, con edades entre 21 y 30 años, jóvenes, solteros, heterosexuales, que se autodenominan negros, con renta familiar entre 1 y 3 salarios mínimos. Se destaca que el estudio caracteriza el perfil de los estudiantes de una institución privada, posibilitando mapear y delinear estrategias efectivas que atiendan las demandas y necesidades de su público.Objetivo: Identificar o perfil do acadêmico de enfermagem de uma instituição privada de Salvador situado no estado da Bahia. Método: Pesquisa quantitativa, desenvolvida através do projeto guarda-chuva da iniciação científica de uma Instituição Privada, intitulada “Percepção de acadêmicas de enfermagem sobre a liderança no exercício profissional”, aprovado pelo comitê de ética sob parecer n° 4.532.794, realizada entre os meses abril a junho de 2021, cujo foco foi analisar dados de graduandos de enfermagem de uma instituição privada do quinto e décimo semestre através da plataforma Google Forms. Resultados: Contribuíram para este estudo 22 acadêmicos entre o 5º e 10º semestre, após a análise dos dados, foi possível identificar a predominância de um público feminino, pretas, com idade média entre 21 e 30 anos, maior parte se autodenominaram raça/cor preta, heterossexual e solteiras com renda en6uhtre 1 e 3 salários-mínimos. Conclusão: O estudo evidencia uma predominância do sexo feminino, com faixa etária entre 21 a 30 anos, jovens, solteiras, heterossexuais, que se cognominam-se pretos, com renda familiar entre 1 a 3 salários mínimos.
