Resumo: | Introduction: For the development of any human being to happen in a healthy way, there are internal factors that are genetic and external factors that are related to family, cultural, and socioeconomic eating habits; where food is the basis for human development and has its repercussions throughout the individual's existence. Objective: To describe the influence of healthy eating in the phase of food introduction. Methodology: This is a literature review with a descriptive approach. Results: From the literature study it was possible to observe the importance of one of good eating habits and that these if taken correctly at all stages of life, can favor a better quality of life for any individual. Discussion of the results: The importance of breastfeeding was presented, the most common methods used in the introduction of food after 6 months the effective correlation of the influence of family and school in the child's food choices, as well as the prevention of possible diseases. Conclusion: We can conclude that a healthy and balanced diet, with adequate consumption of fruits, vegetables, and nutrient-rich foods, from the beginning of the child's introduction to food, will develop healthy habits that can be taken for life. |

Objetivo: Describir la influencia de la alimentación saludable en la fase de introducción de alimentos. Metodología: Se trata de una revisión bibliográfica con enfoque descriptivo. Resultados: A partir del estudio de la literatura se pudo observar la importancia de unos buenos hábitos alimentarios y que estos, si se toman correctamente en todas las etapas de la vida, pueden favorecer una mejor calidad de vida para cualquier individuo. Discusión de los resultados: Se presentó la importancia de la lactancia materna, los métodos más comunes utilizados en la introducción de alimentos después de los 6 meses, la correlación efectiva de la influencia de la familia y la escuela en las elecciones alimentarias del niño, así como la prevención de posibles enfermedades. . Conclusión: Podemos concluir que una alimentación sana y equilibrada, con un consumo adecuado de frutas, verduras y alimentos ricos en nutrientes, desde el inicio de la introducción alimentaria del niño, desarrollará hábitos saludables que podrá llevar de por vida.Introdução: Para o desenvolvimento de qualquer ser humano acontecer de forma saudável, há fatores internos que são genéticos e fatores externos que são relacionados a hábitos alimentares familiares, culturais e socioeconômicos; onde a alimentação é base para o desenvolvimento humano e tem suas repercussões ao longo de toda existência do indivíduo. Objetivo: Descrever a influência da alimentação saudável na fase da introdução alimentar. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica com abordagem descritiva. Resultados: A partir do estudo de literatura foi possível observar a importância de uma de bons hábitos alimentares e que estes se levados corretamente em todas as fases da vida, pode favorecer uma melhor qualidade de vida para qualquer indivíduo. Discussão dos resultados: Apresentou-se a importância da amamentação, os métodos mais comuns utilizados na introdução alimentar após os 6 meses a efetiva correlação da influência da família e da escola nas escolhas alimentares da criança, bem como a prevenção de possíveis doenças.
