Resumo: | Scenario Planning in Education essentially seeks a new way of thinking about education. The future scenario is a technique, a methodology that serves to outline possible ways to predict it. We can draw random conjectures, trying to conceive, build horizons, in order to evaluate different possibilities, thus outlining a way of knowing what this future may or may not hold for us. When strategically planning a scenario, one must incorporate the visions, concepts, and techniques that will be taken into consideration to predict it, as the great difference of any institution is anticipating moments of crisis. In this sense, the methodology used has a bibliographical character based on theorists such as Bryson, Marcial, Minayo, among others who bring essential information to their studies for better writing of the article. This article sought to highlight the importance of Scenario Planning, placing it as a mechanism of great value for managers and employees in decision-making. Concepts on the subject and future scenarios were listed from the perspective of several authors, which can contribute significantly to the reflection of everyone who is part of the organization/institution and who is involved not only directly, but also indirectly, since both Strategic planning regarding the construction of future scenarios affects everyone involved. The article aims to present the notable fact that the construction of scenario planning within the educational environment is of fundamental importance to prepare in advance, aiming to foresee future events that may or may not occur. |

El escenario futuro es una técnica, una metodología que sirve para esbozar posibles formas de predecirlo. Podemos sacar conjeturas aleatorias, intentando concebir, construir horizontes, para evaluar diferentes posibilidades, perfilando así una forma de saber lo que este futuro nos puede deparar o no. Al planificar estratégicamente un escenario se deben incorporar las visiones, conceptos y técnicas que se tendrán en cuenta para predecirlo, ya que la gran diferencia de cualquier institución es anticiparse a los momentos de crisis. En este sentido, la metodología utilizada tiene un carácter bibliográfico basado en teóricos como Bryson, Marcial, Minayo, entre otros quienes aportan información esencial a sus estudios para una mejor redacción del artículo. Este artículo buscó resaltar la importancia de la Planificación de Escenarios, ubicándola como un mecanismo de gran valor para directivos y empleados en la toma de decisiones. Se enumeraron conceptos sobre el tema y escenarios futuros desde la perspectiva de varios autores, los cuales pueden contribuir significativamente a la reflexión de todos los que forman parte de la organización/institución y que se involucran no sólo de manera directa, sino también indirecta, ya que tanto la planificación estratégica en cuanto a la construcción de escenarios futuros afecta a todos los involucrados. El artículo tiene como objetivo presentar el hecho destacable de que la construcción de planificación de escenarios dentro del ambiente educativo es de fundamental importancia para prepararse con anticipación, con el objetivo de prever eventos futuros que pueden ocurrir o no.O Scenario Planning em Educação busca na sua essência uma nova maneira na forma de pensar a educação. O cenário do futuro é uma técnica, uma metodologia que serve para traçar possíveis maneiras de prevê-lo. Podemos traçar conjecturas fortuitas, tentando conceber, construir horizontes, no sentido de avaliar possibilidades diversas traçando assim, uma maneira de saber o que este futuro pode ou não nos reservar. Ao se planejar estrategicamente um cenário deve-se incorporar as visões, os conceitos, as técnicas que serão levadas em consideração para prever o mesmo, pois o grande diferencial de qualquer instituição é antever os momentos de crise. Nesse sentido, a metodologia utilizada tem caráter bibliográfico embasada em teóricos como Bryson, Marcial, Minayo, entre outros que trazem nos seus estudos informações essenciais para uma melhor escrita do artigo. Procurou-se neste artigo destacar a importância do Scenario Planning, colocando-o como mecanismo de grande valia para os gestores e colaboradores na tomada de decisões. Foram elencados conceitos sobre o assunto e os cenários futuros na visão de vários autores, no qual podem contribuir de forma significativa para a reflexão de todos que fazem parte da organização/instituição e que estejam envolvidos não só diretamente, mas também indiretamente, visto que tanto o planejamento estratégico quanto a construção de cenários futuros atingem a todos os envolvidos.
