The importance of PIBID for the formation of Licentiate students of the Science Course: Mathematics and Physics of the Institute of Health and Biotechnology of Medio Solimoes - ISB/ Coari – AM

Resumo: | PIBID is a program destined at undergraduate students who are in the process of training, and it is considered a pillar for the improvement of teaching practice and for basic education as a whole. The main objective of this work is to show the importance that the program has for the formation of these future teachers. Based on the above, the work was developed in two stages, the first consisted of a bibliographic research, where we searched a database for what authors have already published about PIBID, and the other way was the application of a questionnaire applied to the scholarship holders of the program, being students of the Licentiate Course in Sciences: Mathematics and Physics, from ISB/Coari. This questionnaire was made available online through the Google Form resources. Therefore, this research showed the importance of the PIBID Program in the training of undergraduates who worked in this program from 2020 to 2022, at the CETI-COARI school. In the students' view, this period of experience on the school floor improved their professional development and their ways of seeing and living the role of teacher. It is worth remembering that the degree courses have in their curriculum the supervised internship, which is mandatory. On the other hand, the current research shows that the benefits of PIBID go far beyond the benefits provided by the Supervised Internship, since it became evident, through the analysis of some theorists, that the Supervised Internship is not enough for the complementary training of future teachers. |

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es mostrar la importancia que tiene el programa para la formación de estos futuros docentes. En vista de lo anterior, el trabajo se desarrolló en dos etapas, la primera consistió en una investigación bibliográfica, donde se buscó en una base de datos lo que los autores ya han publicado sobre el PIBID, y la otra vía fue la aplicación de un cuestionario aplicado a la beca. titulares del programa, siendo estudiantes del Curso de Licenciatura en Ciencias: Matemáticas y Física, del ISB/Coari. Este cuestionario estuvo disponible en línea a través de los recursos del Formulario de Google. Por tanto, esta investigación evidenció la importancia del Programa PIBID en la formación de los estudiantes de grado que trabajaron en este programa del 2020 al 2022, en el colegio CETI-COARI. En la visión de los estudiantes, este período de experiencia en el piso escolar mejoró su desarrollo profesional y sus formas de ver y vivir el papel de docente. Cabe recordar que las carreras de grado tienen en su plan de estudios la práctica tutelada, la cual es obligatoria. Por otro lado, la presente investigación muestra que los beneficios del PIBID van mucho más allá de los beneficios que brinda la Práctica Supervisada, ya que se evidenció, a través del análisis de algunos teóricos, que la Práctica Supervisada no es suficiente para la formación complementaria de los futuros maestros.O PIBID é um programa destinado aos estudantes de licenciatura que estão em processo de formação e é considerado um pilar para a melhoria da prática docente e para a educação básica como um todo. O objetivo central deste trabalho é mostrar a importância que o programa tem para a formação desses futuros professores. Diante do exposto, o trabalho foi desenvolvido em duas etapas, a primeira consistiu em uma pesquisa bibliográfica, onde procuramos em base de dados o que autores já publicaram a respeito do PIBID, e a outra forma foi a aplicação de um questionário aplicado aos bolsistas do programa, sendo eles alunos do Curso de Licenciatura em Ciências: Matemática e Física, do ISB/Coari. Esse questionário foi disponibilizado de forma online através dos recursos do Google Formulário. Sendo assim, essa pesquisa mostrou a importância do Programa- PIBID na formação dos licenciandos que atuaram nesse programa no período 2020 a 2022, na escola CETI-COARI. Na visão dos alunos, nesse período de vivência no chão da escola melhorou seus aperfeiçoamentos profissionais e suas formas de ver e viver o papel de professor. Vale lembrar que os cursos de licenciatura possuem em sua grade curricular o estágio supervisionado, que é obrigatório.
