Collaborative groups: a reflective look for the professional development of mathematics teachers

Resumo: | The present work aims to present the conceptual characteristics about collaborative groups and to identify their importance in the professional development process of teachers who teach Mathematics. For this, we adopt a methodology of bibliographic research in which we bring authors who discuss this theme. Our theoretical framework is supported by authors who discuss the importance of collaborative groups in the teaching of Mathematics. The results show that the collaborative groups contribute to the professional development of teachers by promoting, through reflexivity, spaces of collective discussions about the practice of teachers in the classroom. |

Para ello, adoptamos una metodología de investigación bibliográfica en la que traemos autores que discuten esta temática. Nuestro referencial teórico se apoya en autores que discuten la importancia de los grupos colaborativos en la enseñanza de Matemáticas. Los resultados muestran que los grupos colaborativos contribuyen al desarrollo profesional de los profesores al promover, a través de la reflexividad, espacios de discusiones colectivas sobre la práctica de los profesores en el aula.O presente trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar as características conceituais sobre grupos colaborativos e identificar sua importância no processo de desenvolvimento profissional de professores que ensinam Matemática. Para isso, adotamos uma metodologia de pesquisa bibliográfica em que trazemos autores que discutem esta temática. Nosso referencial teórico se apoia em autores que discutem a importância dos grupos colaborativos no ensino de Matemática.
