Eco-intrapreneur: Social sustainability and the re-meaning of organizational behavior

Resumo: Entrepreneurial behavior in employees (intrapreneurship) is increasingly becoming a differential for dynamic development in organizations. The presence of social sustainability within organizations, whether in its promotion or application, combined with individualist and self-centered intrapreneurial behavior, causes losses, disaffections and incompatibility with the purposes of companies inherent to the objectives of sustainable development. The present study aims to analyze, discuss and propose a model for identifying the behavior of the self-centered intrapreneur, as well as a model for the identification and maintenance of the eco-intrapreneur collaborator (eco-intrapreneur) in Brazilian organizations from the perspective of individual resignification. . As for the methodological procedures, the research is bibliographic and descriptive with a qualitative approach. Preliminarily with respect to the results of this study, it appears that the self-centeredness of the intrapreneur leads to negative results. However, through the model of identification and maintenance of the eco-intrapreneurial employee that resignifies organizational demands, it is possible for the organization to anticipate itself, avoiding negative results and adapting strategies.

La presencia de la sostenibilidad social dentro de las organizaciones, ya sea en su promoción o aplicación, combinada con un comportamiento intraemprendedor individualista y egocéntrico, provoca pérdidas, desafecciones e incompatibilidades con los propósitos de las empresas inherentes a los objetivos del desarrollo sostenible. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar, discutir y proponer un modelo para identificar el comportamiento del intraemprendedor egocéntrico, así como un modelo para la identificación y mantenimiento del colaborador eco-intraemprendedor (eco-intraemprendedor) en las organizaciones brasileñas desde la perspectiva de resignificación individual. En cuanto a los procedimientos metodológicos, la investigación es bibliográfica y descriptiva con un enfoque cualitativo. De manera preliminar con respecto a los resultados de este estudio, parece que el egocentrismo del intraemprendedor conduce a resultados negativos. Sin embargo, a través del modelo de identificación y mantenimiento del empleado eco-intraemprendedor que resignifica las demandas organizacionales, es posible que la organización se anticipe a sí misma, evitando resultados negativos y adaptando estrategias.O comportamento empreendedor em colaboradores (intraempreendedorismo) vem se tornando cada vez mais um diferencial para o desenvolvimento dinâmico nas organizações. A presença da sustentabilidade social dentro das organizações, seja na sua promoção ou aplicação, aliada ao comportamento intraempreendedor individualista e egocêntrico, suscita prejuízos, desafetos e incompatibilidade com os propósitos das empresas inerentes aos objetivos do desenvolvimento sustentável. O presente estudo tem como proposta analisar, discutir e propor um modelo de identificação do comportamento do intraempreendedor egocêntrico, bem como, um modelo de identificação e manutenção do colaborador eco-intraempreendedor (eco-intrapreneur) em organizações brasileiras a partir da perspectiva de ressignificação individual. Quanto aos procedimentos metodológicos, a pesquisa é bibliográfica e descritiva com abordagem qualitativa. Preliminarmente com relação aos resultados deste estudo, constata-se que o egocentrismo do intraempreendedor acarreta em resultados negativos.
