SCHOOL MANAGERS' PERCEPTION OF THE SCHOOL HEALTH PROGRAM

Resumo: The Health at School Program is an inter-ministerial policy of the Ministry of Health and Education with the objective of bringing prevention and health promotion to students in Brazilian public schools. In this sense, this article aims to analyze the Health at School Program from the perspective of educational managers regarding the partnerships established between school units and health units, seeking to identify the place (or not) of education in the planning, execution and evaluation of actions. developed. Fifty-eight school managers from a Regional Board of Education in the city of São Paulo participated in this research, who completed an online questionnaire about their involvement and perception of the Health at School Program. The questionnaire was evaluated based on the Collective Subject Discourse. It was observed in the results that the perception of managers for the intersectoral relations between education and health is very fragile, it is up to the health sector to plan, execute and evaluate the activities, managers, sometimes, are responsible for preparing the schedules together with the health professionals and collaborate in operational support to carry out the actions, resulting in a “non-place” of education in the practices developed within the scope of the Health at School Program.

Neste sentido este artigo tem como objetivo analisar o Programa Saúde na Escola sob o olhar dos gestores educacionais quanto às parcerias estabelecidas entre as unidades escolares e unidades de saúde, buscando identificar o lugar (ou não) da educação no planejamento, execução e avaliação das ações desenvolvidas. Participaram desta pesquisa 58 gestores escolares de uma Diretoria Regional de Educação da cidade de São Paulo, que preencheram um questionário online sobre o seu envolvimento e percepção quanto ao Programa Saúde na Escola. O questionário foi avaliado com base no Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. Observou-se nos resultados que a percepção dos gestores para as relações intersetoriais entre educação e saúde são muito frágeis, cabendo ao setor saúde o planejamento, execução e avaliação das atividades, aos gestores.
