Resumo: | Through the postgraduate programs, it is expected to train capable people that, inside and outside educational institutions, can transform scientific knowledge into meaningful and innovative professional actions for society. Thus, this study aims to analyze the skills acquired by alumni after completing the post-graduate course. Therefore, through a generic qualitative study, the narrative interview with nine alumnifrom a postgraduate course in the administration area was used as a data collection techniques, as a method of data analysis, opted for the analysis of content. The emergence of fourteen skills acquired during the two-year academic trajectory, which together comprise the three axes that make up the concept of competence: biography and socialization, educational background and professional experience. Although each postgraduate courses its for matandleveloflearning, in the end, the skills and competences developed duphelpingthegraduate to make decisions more efficiently and wisely, to act both in the organization and in the academy. |

Por medio de los programas de postgrado, se espera la formación de personas capaces que, dentro y fuera de las instituciones de enseñanza, puedan transformar los conocimientos científicos en actuaciones profesionales significativas e innovadoras para la sociedad. De esta forma, este estudio objetiva analizar las competencias adquiridas por egresos después de concluir el curso de postgrado stricto sensu. Para tanto, Para tanto, por medio de un estudio cualitativo genérico, se utilizó como técnica de recogida de datos la entrevista narrativa con nueve egresos de un curso de máster en el área de administración y, como método de análisis de los datos, se optó por el análisis de contenido. Los resultados demuestran el surgimiento de 14 competencias adquiridas durante el período de dos años de trayectoria académica, que juntas comprenden los tres ejes que componen el concepto de competencia: bibliografía y socialización, formación educacional y experiencia profesional. A pesar de cada curso de postgrado tener su forma y nivel de aprendizaje, al final, las habilidades y competencias desarrolladas acaban ayudando el egreso a tomar decisiones de forma más eficiente y con sabiduría, para actuar tanto en la organización cuanto en la academia.Por meio dos Programas de Pós-Graduação, espera-se a formação de pessoas capazes que, dentro e fora das instituições de ensino, possam transformar os conhecimentos científicos em atuações profissionais significativas e inovadoras para a sociedade. Desta forma, este estudo objetiva analisar as competências adquiridas por egressos após a conclusão do curso de pós-graduação stricto sensu. Para tanto, através de um estudo qualitativo genérico, utilizou-se como técnica de coleta de dados a entrevista narrativa com nove egressos de um curso de mestrado na área de administração e, como método de análise dos dados, optou-se pela análise de conteúdo. Os resultados demonstram o surgimento de catorze competências adquiridas durante o período de dois anos de trajetória acadêmica, que juntas, compreendem os três eixos que compõem o conceito de competência: biografia e socialização, formação educacional e experiência profissional.
