FORMATION OF TEACHERS IN THE DISTANCE: INTERACTION EXPERIENCES MEDIATED BY DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

This article aims to analyze the changes in the design and forms of interaction of a group of teachers who worked in two or more axes in Education Course - Degree in Distance Mode of XXXX. The study was conducted in a qualitative perspective, using Piaget's theoretical construct of awareness. Data collection was conducted from a survey of the records of interactions in virtual learning environments, especially the discussions in the forums, and feedback on the activities developed by the students. The data were complemented by semiestruradas interviews with teachers who participated in the study. The analysis was performed according to four levels of consciousness making. We concluded that the course provided an opportunity of interaction experiences, mediated by digital technology, which, in turn, promoted advances in the conceptualization of teachers and building learning networks that have been incorporated into their teaching practices. The teachers started using forums, chat rooms, social networks and virtual room of the University for more interaction also in classroom courses. A from the experiences of the PEAD, identify, in the words of teachers, indicative behaviors making awareness related to reconstruction and expansion of the use of networks.
