FORMATION OF TEACHERS IN THE DISTANCE: INTERACTION EXPERIENCES MEDIATED BY DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

Resumo: | This article aims to analyze the changes in the design and forms of interaction of a group of teachers who worked in two or more axes in Education Course - Degree in Distance Mode of XXXX. The study was conducted in a qualitative perspective, using Piaget's theoretical construct of awareness. Data collection was conducted from a survey of the records of interactions in virtual learning environments, especially the discussions in the forums, and feedback on the activities developed by the students. The data were complemented by semiestruradas interviews with teachers who participated in the study. The analysis was performed according to four levels of consciousness making. We concluded that the course provided an opportunity of interaction experiences, mediated by digital technology, which, in turn, promoted advances in the conceptualization of teachers and building learning networks that have been incorporated into their teaching practices. The teachers started using forums, chat rooms, social networks and virtual room of the University for more interaction also in classroom courses. A from the experiences of the PEAD, identify, in the words of teachers, indicative behaviors making awareness related to reconstruction and expansion of the use of networks. |

A from the experiences of the PEAD, identify, in the words of teachers, indicative behaviors making awareness related to reconstruction and expansion of the use of networks.Este artigo tem como objetivo principal a análise das mudanças na concepção e nas formas de interação de um grupo de professores que atuou em dois ou mais eixos no Curso de Pedagogia – Licenciatura na Modalidade a Distância da UFRGS (PEAD). O estudo foi desenvolvido dentro de uma perspectiva qualitativa, utilizando o constructo teórico piagetiano da tomada de consciência. A coleta de dados foi realizada a partir do levantamento dos registros das interações nos ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem, destacando-se as discussões nos fóruns, e os feedbacks nas atividades desenvolvidas pelos alunos. Os dados foram complementados por entrevistas semiestruradas com os professores que participaram do estudo. A análise foi realizada segundo quatro níveis de Tomada de Consciência. Concluímos que o Curso oportunizou experiências de interação, mediadas pela tecnologia digital, que, por sua vez, promoveram avanços na conceituação dos professores e na construção de redes de aprendizagem que foram incorporadas às suas práticas pedagógicas.
