Problem Elaboration/Formulation/Posing in Mathematics: insights from research involving teaching practices

Resumo: This article refers to the presentation of a meta-study that aims to verify and analyze how educational practices are realized with the creation of mathematical problems, by students, disseminated in Brazilian scientific production. Therefore, a bibliographic study was carried out in the form of a systematic review, in order to constitute new understandings about the object of study. The results indicate that there are different starting points and different educational purposes for the activities of elaboration, formulation, proposition of problems by students, carried out in different pedagogical moments, as reported in the research we analyzed. It should also be noted that this meta-study reveals fragilities in the constitution of a theoretical body by the analyzed research. Such theoretical body would allow to guide to a more consistent methodological path for the implementation of problem creation practices in Mathematics classes

Por eso, se realizó un estudio bibliográfico en la modalidad de revisión sistemática, a fin de constituir nuevas comprensiones sobre el objeto de estudio. Los resultados indican que existen varios puntos de partida y diferentes propósitos educativos para las actividades de elaboración, formulación, proposición de problemas por parte de los estudiantes, realizadas en diferentes momentos pedagógicos, según se informa en las investigaciones que analizamos. También cabe mencionar que este meta-estudio revela fragilidades en la constitución de un cuerpo teórico por parte de las investigaciones analizadas. Este cuerpo teórico permitiría orientar un camino metodológico más consistente para la implementación de prácticas de creación de problemas en las clases de MatemáticasO presente artigo refere-se à apresentação de um metaestudo que tem como objetivo verificar e analisar como são realizadas as práticas educativas que tratam da criação de problemas matemáticos, pelos estudantes, disseminadas na produção científica brasileira. Para tanto, foi realizado um estudo bibliográfico na modalidade de revisão sistemática, a fim de constituir novas compreensões acerca do objeto de estudo. Os resultados indicam que existem diversos pontos de partida e diferentes finalidades educativas para as atividades de elaboração, formulação e proposição de problemas pelos estudantes, realizadas em distintos momentos pedagógicos, conforme relatado nas pesquisas que analisamos. Cabe ressaltar, ainda, que este metaestudo revela fragilidades na constituição de um corpo teórico pelas pesquisas analisadas.
