Resumo: | The general objective of the present research is the investigation of the reflexes of artificial intelligence in the standardization of the content of the merits of judicial decisions, in order to demonstrate that such techniques are tools that are suitable to limit the procedural space of debate of the controversial points of the demand. The choice of the topic is justified due to its theoretical, practical and current relevance, especially as it is a study aimed at ascertaining whether the use of technology and artificial intelligence constitutes a means of restricting the procedural space for debate on the controversial points of the demand interested parties. There is a summary of cognitio, since the procedural space for debating the controversial points of the demand is limited (and often suppressed), making the extensive argumentative exhaustiveness unfeasible. Through bibliographic and documentary research, it was concluded that the use of artificial intelligence constitutes another technique for proposing an autocratic process model, based on unilateral and solipsist decisions, given that its final recipient is unable to construct discursive- of the final provision of merit. |

Through bibliographic and documentary research, it was concluded that the use of artificial intelligence constitutes another technique for proposing an autocratic process model, based on unilateral and solipsist decisions, given that its final recipient is unable to construct discursive- of the final provision of merit.O objetivo geral da presente pesquisa é a investigação dos reflexos da inteligência artificial na padronização do conteúdo de mérito das decisões judiciais, a fim de demonstrar que tais técnicas são ferramentas que se prestam a limitar o espaço processual de debate dos pontos controversos da demanda.
